I traveled kind of far for this and when my wonderful friend set up shop in South Austin, it became too far of a journey. I live in Pflugerville and watched this place open up by my HEB. The ladies are absolutely amazing. Such precision and detail. The staff have many other services to offer, but threading is my vibe. The shop is extremely clean and everyone is so friendly. The lady who was going to do my brows her name was Kalpana, I believe. She listened carefully then she called over an expert, Srijana, to ask how best to fix the shape and give me the look I wanted. Srijana gave her some tips, and the result was perfect! My eyebrows turned out thick, clean, and exactly how I wanted. They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. There were people waiting over 45 minutes even on a weekday, which shows how popular they are. I get to the appointment 5 minutes late and she tells me that she can only work on me for 5 minutes because she has someone at 5pm. OK so I understood that and continue to proceed to the appointment. I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! She clearly has no consideration for her clients. I am an aesthetician myself, and I could never in my life imagine doing someone like that.
