Scheduling, billing and front office staff were efficient, patient, and kind and above all organized. The procedure itself was painless and Dr Faridi did a great job. He was patient and just super nice and quick through the whole thing. I was awake for it and he has a terrific, reassuring bedside manner that made it easy to deal with and feel like my needs were met throughout. I didn't need any of the strong pain killers prescribed and got by with just Tylenol and Motrin. I had one wisdom tooth removed by a different dentist 2 years before and it was just awful - endless swelling, bleeding and pain for days - but the difference between the procedures couldn't have been more different. I only wish I had more wisdom teeth for him to remove - just kidding - but I will recommend him whole heartedly to anyone needing an extraction.

I was calling various offices in the area and was desperate for an appointment because my wisdoms were incredibly painful. When I called they had an opening three days later and was able to have a consultation and extraction on the same day. Best case scenario!! I was told to fast for 12 hours before my appointment because I chose to have general anesthesia. Dr. Faridi and his staff were so kind and made my experience here seamless. I was so nervous about the recovery, but literally for no reason. I had no complications and very minimal pain, my jaw was just slightly tender. Recovery was so smooth. Thanks Dr. Faridi and staff :)

It was essentially my mouth's way of protecting the area from the constant irritation, similar to how a callus forms. Unfortunately, because the growth protruded out, I would occasionally bite it while eating, which caused it to get larger. My dentist recommended having it removed before it became worse, and I'm so glad I was referred to Huntington Oral Surgery & Implant Center. Dr. Neimann was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to clearly explain the removal procedure, what to expect, and the healing process, while being completely transparent throughout. The entire staff was professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. The removal itself was quick and painless since they properly numbed the area, and my recovery was surprisingly fast. Aftercare was also very thoughtful--they sent me home with a bag of gauze (which I didn't end up needing), an ice pack (a fantastic idea since I didn't have to go get one), and chapstick. They also provided Dr. Niemann's personal mobile number in case any issues or questions arose after hours, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during recovery. I had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend Huntington Oral Surgery & Implant Center for any oral surgery needs, whether it's wisdom teeth removal, implants, or, in my case, removing a fibroma. Dr. Niemann took the time to explain everything using a 3D X-ray, which made me feel informed and confident going into surgery. I had all four impacted wisdom teeth removed, and the entire experience was far better than I expected. The assistants were wonderful and helped keep me calm, and the positive atmosphere (including Sabrina Carpenter playing when I sat down!) made a huge difference. What impressed me most was that Dr. Niemann personally called me the evening after my procedure to check on my recovery and made himself available if I needed anything. That level of care is rare. I'm now on Day 3 with virtually no pain and hardly any swelling. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Niemann and his team.

The staff is friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Park is very thorough and meticulous. PLEASE READ: Do NOT believe these 5-star reviews. I genuinely don't know where they're coming from…read more I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning, X-rays, and to confirm whether I had a cavity on one wisdom tooth--something my previous dentist would typically complete in under an hour. Instead, the visit lasted approximately 2.5 hours. A significant amount of time was spent on X-rays and a very slow cleaning before I saw the dentist for only about 15 minutes. While the X-ray assistant and hygienist were professional and kind, the appointment felt unnecessarily drawn out. When I finally saw the dentist, the focus quickly shifted to recommending PRF with wisdom teeth removal, and additional treatments such as Invisalign and inlays that had never been suggested by any of my previous providers. My original question--whether I had a cavity--wasn't even clearly addressed until I asked directly, at which point I was told, "yes, but it's small," with minimal explanation. At checkout, I was informed that although my insurance would cover most of the wisdom tooth extractions, this office requires PRF at a cost of $729 PER TOOTH, completely out of pocket. When I explained that I did not want PRF because of the cost and asked to proceed with the extractions without it, I was told they would not perform them unless I paid for PRF. I ultimately went to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for a second opinion and had my wisdom teeth removed there instead. After insurance, my total cost was only $400 for 3 wisdom teeth removal. I specifically asked the surgeon about PRF, and he told me that I absolutely did not need it for my case. That made my experience at this office even more concerning. To be clear, PRF may be appropriate or beneficial in certain cases. My issue is with an office requiring a costly elective add-on as a condition of performing an otherwise covered procedure, particularly when the specialist I subsequently saw did not believe it was necessary in my case. While the staff was courteous and the facility is modern, the inefficiency, lack of transparency, pressure toward additional treatments, and overall sales-driven approach left me extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to expensive treatment here.

The response from the business is what won me over. First off I want blunt in all my medical visits. If I finally broke my stubbornness to go to the doctor then it means I want the blunt truth. My visit was for a painful molar (previous root canal) and possible cavity. Daniel comes off as really someone that cares about the quality of care and you getting the best possible treatment. People like Daniel set the benchmark how every dentist doctor should be. If you ever went to the doctor and felt he had other agendas then it's probably time to find a professional like Daniel. Innovation is another term I will use here as it's very rare to find a dentist who spends time research ways to make procedures better and taking the time to research and keep track of the other referral doctors/dentists that treat you down the line. He has been known to travel with a patient in town of need to make sure they were given the attention needed to resolve a serious issue. Hats of to professionals like Daniel that set the benchmark for medical excellence. Btw his staff is super nice very professional and feel like they are part of the family then just some medical assistant. I HIGHLY recommend him!

With that said, I'm so glad that my neighbor, another Dentist recommended Dr. Christopher Chan. While having a tooth pulled is not something I had looked forward to, Dr. Chan and his friendly staff really set my mind at ease during the consultation. The next day, the extraction was scheduled and went as planned. This evening, I found out that other neighbors of mine had seen him as well. What can I say, not all Dentists and oral surgeons are the same. If you're looking for quality dental/oral surgery, you can be confident that Dr. Chan is the right choice and has your best interests in mind.

I wanted to wait a full year from my wisdom teeth extraction before committing to a review of Dr…read more Christopher Chan. But after a full year with no complications whatsoever, I can very confidently say that Dr. Chan is an amazing oromaxillary surgeon. I was referred to Dr. Chan by my dentist for extraction of all 4 of my wisdom teeth. When I went to the office, the staff were very pleasant. Dr. Chan had amazing bedside manner. Many physicians and dentists can be very strict and intimidating when it comes to healthcare, and I was definitely nervous as I haven't been taking very good care of my teeth. But Dr. Chan was incredibly supportive. He was objective, told me what he needed to, and explained all the risks/benefits/alternatives in great detail. Any surgery has a potential risk of side effects and complications, and wisdom teeth extraction is no different. I had read about the most common complications of wisdom teeth extraction (e.g. dry socket, swelling, pain), and I was definitely a bit scared. But I knew, for the long term well being of my teeth, this was a necessary procedure. On the day of the procedure itself, my mom was my designated driver, as I would be under moderate sedation with Versed. The nurse who started my IV was very nice, she also put a blanket on me as I felt a bit cold in the office. Dr. Chan was very nice also. Once I got the IV push of Versed I was completely out, and then I woke up with gauze in my mouth and an ice pack wrapped around my jaw. I had no swelling, no dry socket, and minimal pain that was easily controlled with Tylenol. Some of my colleagues said it didn't even look like I had any surgery done. As someone who is on the older side to get this procedure, to recover in such a straightforward manner is just proof of Dr. Chan's technique. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone needing wisdom tooth extraction. He has great bedside manner and I had no complications from having all 4 wisdom teeth removed.

I was cautiously optimistic because some of my previous dentists also had excellent reviews but ultimately turned out to be disappointing. Fortunately, choosing Perfect Smile was one of the best decisions I could have made. The office has proven to be not just good, but the best dental practice I have ever visited. From the front desk staff to the hygienists and dentists, everyone is professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding care. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming. Every person I have met takes their job seriously and goes above and beyond to serve patients. And then there is Jolene, my hygienist, who is truly the best of the best. I could hardly believe it, since I had undergone similar procedures at other dental offices over the years and they had never taken more than an hour. But they were not exaggerating.
