The place is super duper small. We went on a Sunday, opened the door and had to shut it there was literally no standing room so we had to wait outside. It was also very hot in there, they just had portable AC units. The food was okay, it wasn't good enough to make me wait out in the heat and sit in a crowded uncomfortably hot restaurant. We are from LA and saw this place on IG and had to check it out. We absolutely loved it, we had the concha frenchtoast and red chilaquiles. They were both so good that we had to have a second portion of the conchas. The service was also above and beyond. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Arizona. read more

Had a Groupon for this place. Asked our friends to join us since we had $50 in food to order. If I hadn't a Groupon and walked in I'd have turned around and walked out. Black walls and ceiling with no decor in the first section. It did not smell like anything was cooked all day. No food smell. Just the smell of marijuauna. No chips and salsa served. $8 for horchata. $15 for 3 tacos which were big but consisted of pot roast and cheese. No seasoning, salsa or sour cream. Won't be back!!! Don't waste your time and $. Overall, my dish was slightly underseasoned, but the Mac and cheese was creamy, and the birria was tender. The Concha French toast was a solid choice. Came with some berries and syrup. I would try this place again because I do want to try their chilaquiles. Everyone around me had it, and it looked good! Our server was really nice, but it was busy and she couldn't come around as much, which wasn't bad this trip because we didn't really need anything. It is a small establishment, so you could be waiting during busy hours. The table next to us was seated as soon as the previous party left, and the table still had all of the dishes on it. While we were in line to place our order, I noticed no one was eating, and they didn't look happy. I saw two people cooking and not showing any sense of urgency. So we found this place while waiting for an oil change. The restaurant was bigger than it looked on the outside. Clean tables, clean floors, no clean smell, like cleaning products. Asked for a coke and I love my free refills! So I specifically said is it fountain soda coke? The young lady said yes. Not a minute later two coke bottles came out. So I knew there were no refills. Ok so we waited a bit and chips and salsa came out. So things started to look better! Half way through we were told they were for another table. So why did you bring them to us??? So I just said sure thinking how much could chips and salsa be. 7.00 for a small chips and salsa, I now wish I had said no. So (in my opinion) you (the restaurant ) made a mistake and gave us someone else's chips and salsa by accident. Why not just let us have them??? So the Flautas were good according to my friend, came with a side of rice. The presentation was very nice! I ordered biscuits and chorizo gravy. Came old stone cold. So I tried it anyways, not the best. I don't send food back and I never scream at the staff. I took my lumps and paid my bill. 7.00 chips and salsa, insane (in my opinion) 3.50 each bottle coke (7.00 for two) 15.00 biscuits and gravy, and egg and some potatoes.
