Ended up switching it up and got the pastor tacos birria style... and honestly, that was the money shot. The tacos were excellent and great flavor, not overly greasy, and the cheese was on point. Pastor was cooked right, salsa was really good, and the rice and beans were solid too. The spot itself is low key, clean, and simple ,not overdone but the food definitely makes up for it. We've gotten the taco box; it came with 20 tacos. It was super delicious and loaded with meat. We were able to have some for leftovers the next day which was a huge win (being a busy mom IFYKYK). Took like 45 mins to get my food. Cashier kept taking money and going to the back to prep food. They have a sign to be nice to their employees at the cash register. But the owners should be nice to their employees and not understaff. Maybe train them well. Ambiance was bad. Small tight claustrophobic type of ambiance. Place was clean. Rice was good 8/10. Beans were bad 1/10, birria plate doesn't come with sides. So it's not really a plate. No onion or cilantro to go with it also just 1 green sauce. Why? Not a red sauce like birria plates need? FINALLY made it to Analillia's after dreaming about it for years. The space is relatively small, minimally decorated but the food is what you are there for. We had the birria tacos, a birria burrito, quesadilla, and grilled cheese sandwich with carnitas. The taco plate came with rice and beans. Rice I was a fan of, beans... not so much. But that's okay because the star was the three tacos, drippy, gooey, hot, flavorful deliciousness. I was not hungry the rest of the day. You will want napkins to catch the drip, lol. Everything got thumbs up. Drinks are from a fridge and include canned sodas, bottled Mexican coke and other flavored sodas. Food and drinks for four came to $64, not bad for the quality and quantity. We tried this place today because if a video we saw on TikTok. The food looked really delicious on the video and we are always looking for our new favorite Mexican food place. The people were very friendly and accommodating. The specials they showed on the video were not what was offered however. There were about 6 different specials in the video and all except the rolled tacos came with rice and beans. The ones offered at the restaurant did not come with rice and beans. The rolled tacos in the video showed that it was six and at the restaurant it was only four. We ordered the quesobirria taco special (which was 3) the flavor was good and the consommé was very good as well. The price however seemed a bit high and the consommé was an extra charge. Six tacos and chips was 40.00. Definitely not worth the price. read more

This spot is unassuming but the food was amazing! I was greeted immediately when walking in and ordered the rolled taco plate and birria ramen. I was told the wait was 15-20 minutes for a to go order. The wait was indeed about 20 minutes but it was clean and plenty of spots to sit and wait inside. The birria ramen was served with a bag of onions and cilantro and a bag of cut up limes. There was lots of meat and it was a big portion with tons of flavor. It was too salty for my taste personally. The rolled birria tacos though were 100/10! The crisp texture on the outside from the cheese with all the meats inside. Ugh, so good. The beans, I was a bit skeptical at first cause they look like bean soup lol but they were super flavorful and good for dipping the tacos in. Rice was really good as well! This place had really good reviews of Quesabirria tacos so decided to check them out. It's a small hole in the wall with a few tables. You order at the counter and they bring out your food when it's ready. The cashier told me to let him know if I had any questions about the menu and when I tried to ask him he was staring out into space like he was under some influence. It was very strange as it happened twice. Anyway, when we tried to use our credit card he said they charge a fee. I don't appreciate that as most restaurants never charge that fee and I think that is just part of doing business. Who carries a lot of cash nowadays? There is a sign that they give you a 3 percent discount if you pay with cash but found out that's not true either. They just won't charge you a credit card fee. That's false advertising. Hubby and I ordered 5 Quesabirria tacos to share and waited about 10 minutes. They came with a couple of salsa verde and bags of onions and cilantro and limes. I personally like salsa roja so had to go up to the counter and ask for them. It was actually very spicy. I liked the taste and flavor of their salsa roja much better. I must say the tacos were pretty tasty and came out piping hot. I was very full on a couple of them. The Quesabirria tacos were pretty good but based on the weird service and their credit card fees, probably wouldn't return. read more

Seriously good birria. Quesabirria tacos are well stuffed. The tacos are piping hot. (Physical temperature wise.) They are oozing with yummy melted cheese and meat. Consume is flavorful. It has to be to pack that much flavor into the meat. Tacos came with one salsa roja, one salad verde, a bag of limes, and a bag of cilantro and onions. The salsa verde had chunks of avocado and tomatillos. Salsa roja was smooth with flecks of peppers and tomatoes. Both salsas were delectable in their own right. Both salsas are on the spicy side. My husband's birra fries were not as good. He agreed that the meat was flavorful and tender. Unfortunately, the beef wasn't drained enough. This made the majority of the fries soggy. read more

I absolutely love this place. This was worth the 40min drive. My daughter wanted a birria pizza so I yelped it and found this place with promising reviews. Came with the family on a Sunday afternoon and this place did not disappoint. Service was great. Super friendly crew. Food was great! We had the Grilled Cheese Birria and Birria Pizzadilla and OMFG we absolutely enjoyed this experience. The food came out in like 15min and everything was nice and hot. The pizza dripping! The consommé was so bomb, it was super flavorful. It didn't taste water down. We added their green sauce and it enhanced it even more! The way we destroyed that pizza was unbelievable. We had to take our Grilled Cheese leftover home and it still hit! They use Texas Toast and they butter that bread up so damn good, I truly enjoyed the grilled cheese birria dipped in consommé with the red sauce this time. I just enjoyed every bite of my food from this spot. I definitely will be here again! Leftover didn't last long. 40 min drive back and we came home craving for some more. As for drinks we ordered 3 bottles of water, and 2 Agua Frescas. I would say water bottle could have been refrigerated. It wasn't cold at all. Could have offered ice or something but it wasn't a big deal. We had Watermelon Strawberry Agua Fresca and Pineapple Mango and it didn't feel refreshing. It was too warm to drink especially the Watermelon Strawberry, in which you can definitely taste the cucumber (which I loved) but it just wasn't cold enough to be refreshing. The pineapple mango we all loved but same thing a little too warm. But that is all personal preference. If I'm eating something hot, I like to wash it down with a nice cold drink. So with that said, I am not sure if it's supposed to be warm. Each drink was $7ish. Next time I'll skip drinks and just bring my own bottle with ice. Price was reasonable and expected. Pizza was 29.99 and Grilled Cheese was (I think) 9.99. Grilled Cheese wasn't on the online menu, but when we went there, it was on their physical menu. This place foods quality is amazing. Went there 2 days ago just to try it with my brother and we lived the food and the service. So we just had to bring out wives and our mom today. We've tried the enchiladas, the birria ramen, grilled cheese with birria, the quesadillas, quesabirria tacos, rolled tacos and the regular tacos. Also have tried their aguas frescas. Every item was delicious. Glad we found this place and we will be visiting often. Only con is how small the location is. We opted for the Birria Tacos, the Pizzadilla, a Birria Grilled Cheese, and a an order of Birria Fries. Turned out to be plenty of food for 5 of us. The Pizzadilla and the Grilled Cheese were the star of the show! So tasty. The tacos and the fries was also good. it came with beef consomme for dipping plus onions, limes, and salsa. There were two salsas - green (medium spicy) and red (somewhat hot). The place is small, wasn't crowded, but had a non-stream of food delivery app orders. Would recommend and would return.
