    Rice & beans side
    Ashley L.

I got the side of rice & beans and the 4 barria taco meal. The barria tacos were tasty, they just almost had no meat in them and were mostly full of cheese which was super disappointing. Again, good flavor though. The rice was also good. And the beans weren't refried which was different but I enjoyed it as well. The consume was also really good. My friend got 2 chicken tacos & 2 steak but said they were super dry unfortunately.

Wonderful little taco shop. Lady behind the counter is a powerhouse, manning both the counter and back of house. And she still churns out absolutely perfect birria tacos. Cant wait to come back and try some pastor next!

Loveeee this place! Food is delicious and filling, but the service is the true star of the store! My family and I came here to get breakfast burritos, we were treated so kindly and given free waters with our meal. So grateful to have gone here and experience their hospitality and food.

3 chicken tacos w/ side of rice and beans.

Really delicious food with great prices! I got 3 tacos and a side of rice and beans, which was about $15 but the portion is pretty decent. Really flavorful chicken. The food was made quickly, too. I'm a happy customer! Come here if you are looking for something cheap, fast, and reliable

Great authentic Mexican restaurant in the west valley. It's family owned and operated. Everyone is very nice inside. If you ask them what's the best item on the menu, they'll simply tell you everything is great. So I tested that theory by ordering one of each... Sure enough I realized everything really is good! Menudo is available everyday of the week, which is awesome since most restaurants only offer it on the weekends. Their agua frescas are made fresh daily. The decor inside the place is nice and it truly feels like you're eating homemade food. I got the carnitas taco, quesabirria, and menudo. I'd be interested in going back to try their other agua Fresca flavors since they sometimes mix them.

    Mexican food

Food surprisingly good maybe even great seasoned perfectly. Service was very friendly and helpful for a first time visit. Clean and quiet didn't dine in but sat to wait for food. With all that said I was surprised the place didn't have more customers maybe if you're in the mood for some Mexican give them a try. I had carne asada tacos the first visit and carne asada fries the second visit. Fries and tacos looked, smelt and tasted great very good flavor. Sorry no pics of food looked so good by the time I thought about pics the food was in my belly. They are hidden in a corner of the shopping center on 83rd Ave and Peoria.

Attentive and polite, even reading off the entire menu and describing highlights to hubs, who'd never been before. We were seated immediately at a booth table and brought complimentary chips and salsa. These are good fresh, thin chips and smoky mild-hot tasty salsa. Branden brought us a second round of chips and salsa as well. We ordered: - Coca-Cola fountain drink - Coke Zero fountain drink - SHORT RIB MACHACA ENCHILADAS 5/5 - Highly recommend - caramelized peppers & onions, yellow cheese, ancho chile sauce, cilantro. Served with sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice, & choice of beans. Classic enchilada sauce like how I remember, delicious tender shredded marinated short rib inside. - CARNE ASADA FAJITAS 4/5 (sweet soy salsa verde) served with blistered peppers, charred onions, jack cheese, guacamole, salsa fresca, sour cream, choice of beans & tortillas. Hubs said these were good. He did want rice with his meal so he ended up taking my rice which I didn't want. As you can see in the pics, the tortillas are scratch made in-house as well as the sauces and sides. Bar seating, booth and table, and patio seating available. Men's and women's restroom available for customers.

It was very busy and after ordering, I was standing with others waiting for my food when the other cashier called me up to check on me, thinking I hadn't figured out the process. He was very nice! The place was packed people finished quickly so getting a table wasn't hard. They also had someone cleaning up tables quickly. I got a carne asada caramelito and a carne asada taco. The caramelito continues to be my favorite of the two. Love the roasted salsa on the salsa bar though the hot red one is really good too! I do wish their guac salsa had more tang and salt. I find it bland. These are among my fave tacos but not my absolute so thus the 4 stars.

We came back already for their crunchy tripas and will continue to visit for our taco/burrito fixes. Service: 5-stars - Open kitchen behind the service counter allows you to see how they cook their meats over the charcoal grill. Our order came out pretty quick. 10-15 mins max.
