We then ventured to meet Maddie in the waiting/lounge area. She was as AMAZING! Not only was she helpful with answering all of our questions, but really made our private lounge experience phenomenal! She made sure our decorations were all ready, our food was served, and any needs were met as we enjoyed our experience! The waiting/lounge area was relaxing and comfortable. It was nice to sit in a welcoming environment while waiting for our facials. It was stocked with anything and everything a lady could need like fresh water, restroom essentials, and a calming relaxing space. My facial was done by Tirzah. She was so knowledgeable about my skin and walked me through my service. She did such a wonderful job! We booked the private lounge area and were able to decorate for our birthday girl. Maddie brought in our food , in which we preordered from Piazza Del Pane. It was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful time! The next day, which would be today, I got a reply via text that was rude and unprofessional. It answered my question with a "duhh" and then went to say to call a different phone number because I had texted the personal cell and not the business phone number. That was a BIG turn off! First of all, as a professional business owner you should NEVER reply to a question with "DUHH." We're adults, not children. Secondly, I called/texted the the phone number that was listed online. When a business changes anything about their business information, it's up to the business owner to update that, otherwise, don't put it on the customer to make that change. I respect everyone's opinion and reviews about this place, but as far as I'm concerned, this place sucks at customer service and will never have my business.

I called ahead for the 30-minute foot massage and they were able to fit me in, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. The front desk lady was nice and was also my masseuse. She lie me down and started with my temples and shoulders instead of my feet which I thought was weird, but it was my first time there so I went along with it. The room was humid, the water temp was hot, and her massage technique felt rushed, fast massaging, and inconsistent. It started with loud talking back and forth between her and another masseuse, the phone kept ringing, and she even left the room mid-session to answer it. Turned out she ended up giving me the 1hr body + foot massage, which I didn't request. When she realized the mistake, made me worried, and then told me there was nothing I could do and kept going. I was left concerned and uncomfortable for the next 30min. I had specifically asked for a foot massage, but the pressure was focused on the tops of my feet, not the soles where I needed relief. When I told her "lighter", she acknowledged it but continued with the same pressure. When the session ended, she left the room immediately without offering assistance. Being 7 months pregnant, I had to roll to my side, carefully sit up and slowly help myself off the high bed to grab and put on my socks and shoes, which was a bit disappointing. At the end, I was charged for the full hour. When I didn't leave a tip, she asked why, and I told her the experience wasn't good and I wouldn't be returning. On my long drive home in this heat and traffic, she texted me--after tracking down my number--to apologize and offered a $10 refund, but asked for my credit card info to do it and sent me 2 pictures. My phone dinged after another, she kept messaging, asking why I was dissatisfied. This is the reason why I was dissatisfied. Overall, I left more uncomfortable than when I arrived. The experience was unsettling, especially receiving anonymous texts afterward asking for my credit card information. I would not recommend this place, particularly for pregnant clients looking for safe, thoughtful care and focused relief.
