Great experience today with a 60 minute facial. First, I loved the decor when I walked in. Second, the room for my facial was spacious, had hooks for me to hang up clothing or I could use the chair. Third, when I said I had sensitive skin, no products were used that aggravated my skin. Fourth, the procedure was relaxing and she rubbed my neck and arms while she was waiting for the product to work. I don't like the facials where they leave the room when the product is activating. These ladies are amazing. I really enjoy my experiences here and spoil myself with a back to back 1 hr massage and 1 hr facial. Why? Because they perform every movement with care and it feels really healing and rejuvenating. This spa experience is truly wonderful and I walk out feeling lighter, happier and healthier. The masseuse has great technique and I felt detoxed afterwards. Even the facial helped relax all the stress I held around my jaws and forehead. Also, I feel like I walk out looking younger! Before your appointment starts, use the restroom. If you go when you get there, it will be counted towards your service time. There's no restroom in the lobby. We got started a few minutes late as it were (even though I was on time), then she took several minutes out to ask me about where my concerns were Instead of letting me finish my paperwork. It took a little while to talk about my physical injury history and problematic areas. Add another few minutes to undress. I told her that my lower back had a lot of pain but she didn't focus there too much. I figured she'd go back to it so I didn't say anything, I have her the benefit of the don't, but she never did. She didn't apply the same pressure throughout, not sure if she was getting tired or what but it stopped feeling like a real massage after a while. She also kept trying to get me to add the CBD lotion to my massage for another $10. When I declined she asked why. She said, "Are you against it?" That was super rude. My appointment was cut short by AT LEAST 10 minutes at the end. Very, very disappointing. You read "60 minute massage", you think your actual massage will last 60 minutes, not 40-45 minutes. Worst massage experience I've ever had and I'm never going back. P.S. She had a bad attitude during my appointment and in response to my review, took it very personally and used her bad attitude again to attack me. Unprofessional and blamed me for her mistakes. This place is very pricey for what you get. Save your money and go someplace nicer with kinder and professional employees who don't treat you like you're not worth their time. read more

I've had a massage previously with Daniela and she really was able to get to the deep knots that I've always struggled with. She's very conscientious about what the client wants and makes their wishes come to fruition. Tonight, I participated in a couples massage class with my boyfriend and learned so much. The environment is very relaxing and she welcomes any questions that one may have with knowledgeable answers. The spa is relaxing, the furniture is gorgeous, and the massage bed is super comfy. I got a great deal through GROUPON for 1hr facial &1hr massage, for my boyfriend's birthday . The office was really tiny consited of 3 chairs. But very cute . The lady with the cool tattoo at the front desk was really sweet. She wasn't prepared to be there to do the hour facial, she mentioned she had to call her sitter, it wasn't her fault the other girl scheduled for only an hour. She was so professional and made arrangements just to do my bf facial. gave us the option to upgrade the message to a deep tissue for only 10.00 more, so of course I upgraded. My experience was pleasant. I bought a Groupon for facials and Sansany did a good job. I didn't like that she pulled out blackheads though because an hour later I had got a pimple from where she did it, which was kind of annoying. I guess if you go, go enjoy a facial but be careful about blackhead removal process, maybe tell them you don't want that included and go to a dermatologist for that type of procedure.
