They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. On Wednesday I did my video pre-check and then I promptly received a confirmation text about my confirmed appointment for Wednesday at 3:00pm at the Fresno location. I immediately called back to verify my appointment for Thursday and they apologized and corrected the confirmation. Fast forward to Thursday at 5:20pm (right after I had pulled into the parking lot) I get a text saying that the nurse on the schedule is not trained to perform Cool Sculpting and my appointment has been cancelled. So I go ahead and walk in to see what is going on; the young lady at the front explains how this happened and that it seems to only happen with remote scheduling and apologizes. I'm more blown away that this is not a smoother operation; these sessions are not cheap. To be shuffled between two different locations and rescheduled/cancelled on twice before ever even setting foot in the facility is beyond ridiculous. At this point I don't believe rescheduling is even worth it, I will probably be requesting a full refund.

I ordered one and since then I have kept this product in my personal skincare routine. It is a great product and my skin has benefited from it nicely!! I have extremely sensitive skin. I use this mask once every two weeks while in the shower. I apply it to my face, scrub it evenly over, then I leave it on while I tend to other needs! I give it another little scrub before using a clean washcloth to wipe clean. My skin glows and feels fabulous. I like to use it in the morning so I can enjoy the benefits all day long! Carmen's products are very nice. I also use the Vitamin C serum and Hyaluronic Acid Gel a couple times a week. The Vitamin C serum can be a little spicy, but it dissipates and no harm to my skin. I recently ordered the sheet masks and they are so nice! Cool on the face. After I chill out for 20 minutes, I remove the mask and I massage whatever product is leftover in the packet on my face, neck, chest, and hands. I will continue to be a loyal customer!
