The threading was extremely painful and my eyebrows ended up very thin and uneven, with a noticeable bald spot on the bottom where hair had been removed. I paid the $10 for the service but was honestly pretty upset once I saw them more closely. I went back inside to ask if anything could be done to help fix them. They offered henna, which did improve the appearance, and I do like how my brows look with the henna. However, I was still charged $20 for it (originally quoted $30), even though I was trying to correct the result from the threading. The staff weren't rude, but the technician never acknowledged that anything went wrong and kept saying she was following my previous microblading shape. Unfortunately, the bald spot and uneven shape were clearly visible. The henna is just a temporary fix while I let my brows grow out. For now, I'll likely be looking for a new threading place. No photos because I was honestly too upset in the moment to take any. I hope others have a better experience.

I opted for the ombré powder because that's how i usually do my brows. The procedure isn't that bad, it just feels like scratches on your skin. My brows grew back about 40% white so she did a henna tint to make them more noticeable. The color is great. Even my husband (who was as nervous as I was) loves the look. They are very natural and even one the first day are something I can go out in public with. Her shop is hard to find but well worth it. She is very accommodating on locating her shop.
