Their deep tissue massage is very good! For me it was the right amount of pressure and the person massaging me found all of my knots and focused on them. Overall very pleased with this service. With their facials i really like their products that they use because its very gentle with my sensitive and acne prone skin and i love that they use a very soft brush to apply some of their products. After every facial they will also give recommendations on what your skin needs in order to improve it. And feel free to ask them for any suggestions or concerns as-well, they are very open minded. Lash lifts, as a asian girl with monolids its very hard finding a place that can get my lashes to curl and be visible but this place is the best place for me to get my lashes lifted because my lashes stay curled and visible for 4-6 weeks and is definitely worth the money. The workers here know how to do a good quality lash lift that lasts for a long time. Each worker here is very professional and knows what they're doing. I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. The room was humid, the water temp was hot, and her massage technique felt rushed, fast massaging, and inconsistent. It started with loud talking back and forth between her and another masseuse, the phone kept ringing, and she even left the room mid-session to answer it. Turned out she ended up giving me the 1hr body + foot massage, which I didn't request. When she realized the mistake, made me worried, and then told me there was nothing I could do and kept going. I was left concerned and uncomfortable for the next 30min. I had specifically asked for a foot massage, but the pressure was focused on the tops of my feet, not the soles where I needed relief. When I told her "lighter", she acknowledged it but continued with the same pressure. When the session ended, she left the room immediately without offering assistance. Being 7 months pregnant, I had to roll to my side, carefully sit up and slowly help myself off the high bed to grab and put on my socks and shoes, which was a bit disappointing. At the end, I was charged for the full hour. When I didn't leave a tip, she asked why, and I told her the experience wasn't good and I wouldn't be returning. On my long drive home in this heat and traffic, she texted me--after tracking down my number--to apologize and offered a $10 refund, but asked for my credit card info to do it and sent me 2 pictures. My phone dinged after another, she kept messaging, asking why I was dissatisfied. This is the reason why I was dissatisfied. Overall, I left more uncomfortable than when I arrived. The experience was unsettling, especially receiving anonymous texts afterward asking for my credit card information. I would not recommend this place, particularly for pregnant clients looking for safe, thoughtful care and focused relief.
