He said your item was expensive, I explained that I am familiar with shipping and his retort was, his store doesn't offer "ebay prices" that he assumed I must be familiar with. I responded that I was on USPS website and that's where the rates that I was familiar came from. He said it's shipping UPS, which doesn't even show as an option through their yelp page, so he literally chose the most expensive shipping service. Asked about shipping with USPS, he refused saying it was shipping with UPS. His last response was "are you going to pay for shipping for your item or not". Overall, pretty crappy customer service experience. Very condescending employee or owner or whoever it was simply lacked any sense of professionalism. Absolutely will do my best to avoid having anything shipped from this store again.

Their work is further increased by UPS dropping off tons of Amazon packages at the Post Office rather than delivering them to the physical addresses themselves. Five stars once again, and I wish the customers would provide the appreciation the staff deserves.

All of the damages (of the ones I have found so far, as we moved just under a week ago) were completely avoidable and are reflective of the lack of care and respect for us and our things.

Before I did that, I checked Yelp and found this listing for Estes Park. I messaged to see if I might be able to get the protector, even though the company sounded as if it fixed broken things rather than do something like this. I got a very fast response from the owner...yes, he could do the work and even had the protector in stock. He was very pleasant, and made time for me right away. (If you've ever been to an Apple Store, you know what a change this was.) The job was done excellently and at a much lower price than Apple charges, and I didn't have to both buy the protector and pay for the application...it was all for the one price. (Note to owner, you could really charge more for this service.) I am very happy with my interaction with this company, and will use it for any future work that they do that I need. Very highly recommended!
