I found Schulte Transport through an online search after calling a few other mobile home movers who either couldn't take the job or didn't respond. From the first call, Clayton stood out -- he was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions and concerns. The ability to text conveniently and get quick replies made communication super easy and reassuring. He arrived 20 minutes early, took time to secure items inside the unit (even removing the ceramic toilet lid to prevent damage!), and completed the entire move in about 2 hours, including 40 minutes of drive time. At the new site, he placed the unit exactly where we wanted it and was knowledgeable enough to avoid and protect our septic area -- something we really appreciated. He made sure everything was blocked and leveled properly, and he checked in multiple times to ensure we were happy with the results. However, I was asked to send an email with pictures of everything that I had as it got closer to the moving day, which is exactly what I did! I had a lot of stuff and I sent videos and pictures of all of it. When the crew showed up, they brought a small truck with only three people. They end up having to call more people and get another which in the end costed me an extra $1700 on top of my quote. Things were broken $5000 bed ruined $1500 hutch chipped legs broke off. Then when they went to go put the stuff garage because we couldn't get into the they put the stuff for the in the far back corner of the garage the stuff from the basement around that and then the stuff from all of the around so it literally took us seven days just to get to the box with sheets in the very back of the garage! The whole time the only thing that these guys were worried about was how long they were going to have to work that day! When I texted the number to tell them that I was unpleased with the service, the owner or manager, they really didn't specify. Then told me that they would give me $200 for all of my broken Christmas stuff and totes, but instead of compensating me, they would come and pick up my bed to fix it the China hutch or they would give me $.60 a pound!! for the bed they may be giving me 600 bucks if they follow through I still haven't heard back from them!! I moved in a month ago! I do not recommend this company! Everything was botched the crew didn't communicate with Office or vice versa. Nothing was treated with respect and then at the very end after all of this, they pretty much have told me that they have no intentions of compensating me for the total amount of damages!!

In that one week, due to moving and working, we only filled half of it. I emailed the company at 5:11pm the day before pick up and asked for the full 10 day rental. I gave them plenty of time to see an e-mail and respond to it, they chose not to. I find All Service Rolloff to be a Dishonest company and poor customer service skills. The website clearly states, Rental Time Up to 10 Days Additional Days: $10/day Extra Weight: $89/ton I was within the 10 days and was more than happy to pay the extra fee. I would suggest looking for a company that communicates, follows their own policies and checks e-mail. I now have to pay another $500 for another dumpster and hope they are a more honest and communicative business.

The couple of people that helped get it checked out and back in were friendly and helpful. This specific location has a terrific supply of packing materials, ranging from boxes to tape, and even straps that you can buy. The truck was great. Everything worked. It had a dolly and set of packing blankets inside the truck if you need those extras. You simply cut the cable-tie, and then you will be charged once you bring it back.
