They worked closely with me to pick the right brick panels and paint. The faux brick tiling was a great cost-saving alternative for the small area to be tiled. Del and Luis were hands-on, professional, and accommodating to the special tasks required for this type of tiling. They ensured that I was 150% happy, returning to add features to secure the tiles better, improve the look, and add additional paint. I'm very happy with the result. My kitchen looks more stylish, with a clean, sleek finish. Thanks, Del!

I manage my property remotely, which can be stressful at times. I had a localized issue near a pipe, and Yelp suggested several handymen for this type of work. Some other companies recommended repainting an entire wall or even a full remodel, which didn't align with the actual scope of the issue. EO Handyman stood out immediately. He quickly identified the root cause, confirmed the scope with me, clearly explained the process, and handled everything efficiently. His pricing was very reasonable, and communication was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated how professional and honest he was. Highly recommended.

Pricing was more than fair (he was up front about troubleshooting cost and did not overcharge for parts), and I'd use them again no problem. My issue was that power in half my basement was out even though fuse box appeared fine and I'd switched out some old outlets - they pinpointed the issue and took care of it. Once that was done, they took a look at my gas fireplace, which had not switched on in a few years, and fixed it (turns out it was the pilot light - wasn't even an electrical problem!). I called and spoke to several contractors and I'm glad we went with Vaibhav and his team. Vaibhav was very attentive to our needs and advised us through every step. As first time home owners, he offered us peace of mind making sure we made the right decisions for our particular property. His level of professionalism from our first consultation to the very end of the project was top notch. He was available around the clock and responded to questions immediately. What I really loved about working with Vaibhav was that he practices what he preaches. He said, "the project isn't done until the client is 100% happy with the results." If something was not done to our satisfaction, he and his team would fix it immediately, without any hesitation. He truly cares about his clients and wants to make sure they are 100% happy with the results. I will definitely be using Vaibhav and his team again for my next project.

After a disappointing first quote experience with another electrical service, I asked around about who I could trust. Sarah & Family was recommended to me and I set up an appointment for them to come take a look at my box. From the start Sarah and Ryan were friendly, professional, and explained everything about the condition of my box. It turned out that at some point water had caused rust inside the electrical panel and had rusted out a lot of the inner components. It was clear that a replacement was needed (and add to it that the box was 40 years old!) After Sarah provided a quote that was thousands of dollars cheaper than my first quote, I booked them to replace my box. Ryan and his young apprentice arrived on time and prepared to get the work done quickly (which was welcomed since I wouldn't have power all day and it was 100° outside). They did an excellent job of installation and I was very pleased with the look of the new box and how they cleaned up my basement area so quickly at the end. I highly recommend Sarah & Family and have told my neighbors and HOA president that anyone in need of a similar service should give them a call. This is an easy 5/5 stars!

Since we were unsure who to hire, we chose Sarah Family Electrical Company based on a recommendation--and we are so glad we did. From the start, their professionalism stood out. They arrived in identifying uniforms, which immediately gave us a sense of security. They came fully prepared and began with a walkthrough, carefully identifying all the areas listed in the proposal. Ryan patiently answered all of our questions--even though we asked quite a few--without ever making us feel rushed, annoyed, or like an inconvenience. He and his apprentice worked throughout our home with precision and communicated using walkie-talkies instead of shouting from room to room, which we truly appreciated. They clearly understood the assignment and executed it flawlessly. We are extremely grateful and happy with the results. Not only did they complete everything listed in the inspection report, but they also offered thoughtful recommendations that made perfect sense. If we hadn't just purchased our new home, we would have taken Ryan's advice immediately. We will absolutely be calling him again for any future electrical needs. If you are looking for a qualified electrician with experience and professionalism to match, give Sarah Family Electrical Company a call--you won't be disappointed. Thank you for helping make our home safe for years to come. We would also like to recognize Ryan's apprentice who worked with him today. She was amazing--polite, skilled, and impressive. Yes, I said SHE! You made us proud. Keep up the great work--you rock! Thank You both again. Daniel and Sharon Ricketts
