They are very good at collecting their monthly fee and very little else. Their property managers, and you will have plenty of them, are unprofessional, argumentative and condescending. You will receive conflicting advice from each of your many property managers and often times it will be bad advice. They lack the motivation to follow-up on any requests and you will often be met with "I'll have to look into that and get back to you", which almost never happens. One would need to have an advanced degree in business accounting to understand their method of bookkeeping and don't you dare ever question your financials because you will hear all about the fabulous software they use! Overall, our association had a terrible experience with this company and it seems that several others have, too, as they've recently lost some big accounts. It is worth checking out other reviews online as well as with the Better Business Bureau and their "F" rating along with the numerous complaints filed against this company. My best advice, should you use this company, is to have a good relationship with a CPA, for auditing your financials, and an attorney who is well-versed in HOA law.

MRP is the worst landlord company I have ever had. The maintenance guy is completely incompetent…read more He had to come 3 separate times to and finally put two closet doors back on track... one closet he put doors on backwards! Now, another closet door he "fixed" needs to be addressed AGAIN! We needed a new fridge because the original started creating so much condensation water pooled in the bottom! They got a new used fridge... two days later that fridge stopped working. We are supposed to get a new fridge, but they do not answer our calls ever to address any issues. Food has gone bad 3x and I have wasted over 300$ in food being spoiled. Many other tenants complained about he washer and dryers in the basement and they were supposedly fixed. However they do not work and eat your money and it's not like MRP answers their phone to refund you! At this point, they should just remove the systems from the basement even if they don't plan to get new ones. I will never rent from this place again and I cannot wait until my lease is up, I actually may not even wait.
