We found Noble Kitchen and Bath after a very costly, bad experience with a contractor/family friend…read morewho we hired to redo our large, custom master bathroom shower. We read reviews and brought out a few companies to provide quotes. Paul (project manager) and Lynn (designer) came together and offered some great ideas to compliment our vision. They also provided a price quote on the spot. We ultimately decided to go with Noble because Paul was confident, without exception, that his team could deliver the shower we wanted; other companies wanted us to make structural changes or exchange materials we'd already purchased. With Noble's good reviews as encouragement, we moved ahead and we're so happy we did! Our shower turned out better than we'd hoped and the work was all done within the estimated timeframe. The guys who worked on the shower, and those who oversaw the work, were all great. We're awaiting the glass enclosure for our shower (a separate company) but I'm attaching a photo of the beautiful work Noble did for us. We plan to have Noble renovate the rest of our master bathroom in the near future.

Because of this, we discussed our intention of upgrading our kitchen and center island countertops. NK&B outsourced to a third-party to come and take necessary measurements in order to provide us with a quote, a quote to include removing sink and cooktop, installing new countertops, and reinstalling sink and cooktop. That was early December and after a number of calls, voicemails, and emails by me inquiring about the quote, NK&B has not responded. Nothing. Assuming that business must be good or the job too small, but would've appreciated a callback.

From start to finish, the planning, communication, and workmanship were truly top tier. We worked with a team of dedicated professionals who consistently listened to our requests, ideas, and concerns throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated the patience and ease of the initial design phase. The bathroom layout was challenging due to the space available. Kyle and Hannah offered multiple designs, met our questions and requests with a positive attitude and provided excellent suggestions. They worked with us until we got it just right. After the designs were set, the fun part of selecting materials began. What felt overwhelming was made easy and fun with the designer assigned to our project. Hannah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has an excellent eye for color and space. The end result is a cohesive design that is pulled together with the design elements we chose. One word of advice for both Cornerstone and future customers, know your appliance selections before ordering cabinets. We weren't aware of the level of importance of this step. You would think that refrigerators have standard sizes but they don't. It's more general. Understanding what a 36" range looks like compared to a 48" range will make a big difference knowing what is then available for counter space and cabinet options. Design changes after cabinets are ordered are nearly impossible. For us, all appliances were available for delivery in about 3 weeks with the exception of the range, which wasn't available for 3 months. The kitchen was finished almost a month before the range arrived. Understanding when to place the order is helpful. Cornerstone recommends a local appliance company that is reputable and easy to work with. It took a couple of weeks to work through all of the options and make our choices. We started a little too late and experienced some frustration because of that. What impressed us most was the quality workmanship, professionalism and respect for our home shown by every Cornerstone employee and also every sub contractor provided for the project. We've had other smaller projects in our home and can't say the same. It's obvious that Cornerstone has high standards and expectations for anyone they send to their customer's homes. The end result for the bathroom, first floor flooring and kitchen is absolutely spectacular. Look at their instagram and you will see. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends and already have.

They built an addition on our home in 2025, one of the very first in the Lake Arbor community. They have also done bathroom renovations, kitchen and family room renovations, built a deck and an adjoining patio. They have been refered to friends dozens of times and continue to accumulate praise when neighbors view our exterior modifications. Additionally, their price points are extremely reasonable. There are cracks in the walls from poor finishing. The counters pulled away from the walls after just a few years. Any "repairs" take forever to schedule, are half-measures at best, and require at least three repeat visits for the "fixes" to actually do anything. We finally gave up and paid thousands to have the roof repaired by someone else to avoid any potential structural damage from Dila's continued shoddy work. It is currently raining in my half-bath because I've been asking them since August 2020 to fix the leak they created when replacing the house trim. (A job that they had to be pestered to finish, that left black paint on the rest of my house that they just tried to cover with the existing lighter paint, and the trim is already showing damage.)

Jon took so much time with me and was very flexible and patient. They definitely are raising the bar for contractors everywhere.
