I love their staff and how hard they push their students to grow and dig a little deeper while still focusing on proper form. I love the wide variety of classes they offer and the fact that they have the occasional special and even offer some free classes on the plaza. I love that they hold community events and seem to genuinely care about their students. To be honest, I haven't ever found such a feeling of community at any of the other Pilates or Yoga studios I have been to. Fairfax is very lucky to have such a wonderful studio and I am very glad I stuck it out through that first barre class. Since then, I have had so much fun going through the intro equipment classes, getting to know different teachers, fine tuning movements, and getting pointers on how to take my practice to the next level. I have also thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the Dog Days of Summer package they offered in August and taking unlimited barre classes. A+

The virtual sessions have been a lifesaver during the pandemic, and it's great to continue to have them as an option now that the studio is reopening. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout each series of movements. The space is clean, beautiful, and easy to access. I appreciate the small, intimate class sizes, as they allow for more personal attention and guidance. In my opinion, the best part about this studio is the variety of classes available, catering to different levels and experiences. My first class was a prenatal series, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and it made me feel welcomed into the studio community. The best part is the owner she is extremely knowledgeable and personable but most of all informative, always attuned to the individual needs of each class, and is just a wealth of knowledge of her pilates expertise. From Profesional ballet dancers to new moms this class. I've seen an older community of women who were so strong and ushered me in to challenging movements alongside given such encouragement. The only draw back I wish there were more class times for mommas I just can't get enough..

I have prior Pilates experience (barre/reformer/chair/mat) and girlfriend had none, but picked things up quickly. I think Eurona did a really good job of keeping me challenged as well as focused on technique, while giving my gf the cuing she needed to understand the movements. The studio itself is tucked away in an office park off of rt 29. Actually, if you take the hot lanes on 495 (like I did) to get there the rt 29 exit drops you off almost exactly where you need to be. Epiphany Pilates offers a variety of classes; mat (levels 1-3), reformer (privates and duets), yoga and bootybarre. So there is something for everyone. They have a large open studio space for the group classes and then two smaller rooms for privates. I like the studio set up; this way, you don't feel like you are interrupting anyone's session. I enjoyed my time at Epiphany Pilates, I would recommend the private sessions to anyone wanting to learn more about form and technique. I am also interested in going back for some bootybarre. Eurona clearly has a passion for what she does, and her studio is reflection of that.

This is enhanced by the friendly small group setting, meaning that you receive so much more instruction (and assists!) in a single class than otherwise. I have seen tremendous growth in my Yoga practice as a direct result. It is special. She will make _you_ feel special. The Yoga class is for up to six people, not heated and for all ability levels. All of the people are wonderful (teachers, front desk, and clients). Two months ago they decided to close the studio with one day notice to their clients. The management swiftly transferred everyone to the Burke studio. This was unfortunate because the travel time with construction was not feasible. I asked to freeze my account for a month while we traveled, but they still managed to charge for another month! While I was away I decided to cancel my membership instead of freezing for another month. I was told they would refund the charges to my account. However, the story changed once I cancelled my membership fully. They seem to change the rules to their benefit with no regard to their loyal customers. Mind you, I stayed with the studio during COVID and joining workouts in the parking lot! I never froze my account, and actually encouraged my family and friends to join Pure Barre. In the end, my dedication to the company of Pure Barre meant nothing to them and they stole a full month of charges without any regret. I would never deal with a company like this again, and I hope you don't either, because they don't care about you or your fitness journey, they will change the rules and the days they charge your account so you will always lose and they will win. Pure Barre should be ashamed of themselves for running the business with such disregard for those who have stayed loyal to them thru the years. I RECOMMEND NO ONE JOIN PURE BARRE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.

I love the coaches in the Mosaic location (I haven't been to other locations). I am a total beginner to pilates-like classes and the reformer machine. I took ~3 foundation classes to get started and I felt like the instructors were all so great at helping me improve my form to get the best workout possible. I feel pushed but not shamed into challenging myself. They sell towels and water if you happen to forget to bring either. I feel like a sweat a mild-moderate amount and I don't think a towel is absolutely necessary. Water is probably a good idea - but the class is pretty fast-paced so not a ton of time for water breaks anyway. Now that I'm hooked, I typically do ~2 classes/week. I like the early AM classes (but they fill up fast!). I feel like this gym is clean and compact. I get exactly what I need out of it. There aren't showers so plan accordingly if you have plans afterwards (it's a good sweat!) I like their Public Goods toiletries and have even bought some myself after using them at this gym. Awesome location, awesome coaches, and awesome workout :)!
