Rebecca is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Just complaints and threats and being overly dramatic. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Marc to complete an off market transaction. From the first time we talked to each other, for my inquiry of how an off market sale works to when attorneys like him get involved, Marc was communicative, informative, patient, and to the point. He spent time talking and explaining things to me even when there may not be a deal. When I called again after making some progress, he remembered our previous conversation and we were able to quickly confirm next steps. He also spent substantial time conducting comp analysis with me, which I wasn't really expecting, provided referrals for services as needed, and walked me through the contract point by point per my questions. It was simply superb service. Worth every penny. I would also say that he was really watching out for our interest. In cases where we might be able to negotiate, he worked to point those out and discussed potential strategies with us. On top of that, when we ended up making decisions he may not have made himself, he quickly accepted our perspective without making a big deal of it. In the end, we successfully completed the transaction without fuss. And I would recommend Marc for anyone who has needs for his type of service. I cannot say enough good things about him.

He replies to messages within minutes, making communication effortless. When it came time to list our property, we simply sent an email, and within a few days the lease was signed with a qualified tenant. It was truly a hands-free experience. David is very knowledgeable about the local rental market, pricing properties competitively. He conducts thorough background checks to ensure reliable, responsible tenants are placed. When maintenance issues arise, he addresses them promptly and professionally, never leaving anything unresolved. He's also built a trusted team of maintenance specialists and contractors who are experts in their respective fields. We recommend him highly.

To be transparent, we are property owners, so this review is from the owner's point of view. Having said that, he's been proactive in making sure the rental house is in a good shape, including regular annual maintenance. This is to ensure tenants get what they pay for. One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

Savannah took the time to get multiple bids on each project and made sure that we were getting high quality work at the best price. I was very concerned initially about going through this process being so far away but Savannah made the experience easy and fun.  We were always 100% confident that she had our best interests in mind - she is someone you can trust.   In addition, Savannah's husband (Dustin) has been managing our properties for 6+ years, ensuring our properties are in shape and that we have the best tenants in place. The end to end service they provided together, from alerting the tenants that we were selling, to remodeling and then getting the place listed, was completely seamless and easy.   Thank you Savannah, thank you Dustin - we appreciate you both!  And of course, thank you Davis Property Mgmt. It's been a pleasure getting to know you all and we look forward to continuing our work with you in the future.

Her approach bypasses the emotional load of critical decision making, and sourcing/managing subs (which can be quite hard to get done quickly without contacts/relationships). 10/10

*LONG POST* Walls…read moreProperty Management is THE WORST. I moved into my current residence in September 2023 and about a month in, I realized there was a SERIOUS leak coming from the living room window every time it rained. It would pour down the window, onto the sill and then pool at the floor if I did not put towels down. I immediately contacted maintenance for support and even expressed that new windows would be needed in my whole unit! The conditions are below what anyone should be dealing with. Let me tell you, that I have STILL not had the issue completely fixed more than a year later, even though I have called maintenance several times as well as management only to be given the run-around. Even when maintenance workers came out and claimed they fixed the leak, it still was never fully fixed. Fast forward to this year: In October - November 2024 maintenance workers came and ripped out part of my ceiling above my window to try and see where this leak was coming from exactly. While I was happy to see this moving in the right direction, they never patched it back up because they were "waiting for the wood to dry"... well it's December now and the rain is gonna keep coming! Soooo I just have this hole in my ceiling. At the same time, I finally saw some slight progress being made of a windows person coming to take measurements for new windows. But as of the beginning of December 2024, the owner of the building decided to change management groups. So now, I'm still left with no real solution. Now it's like both management groups are trying to kick a ball back and forth on whose responsibility it is to finish the job. I don't care, I just want it done once and for all!!! It is UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMBARRASSING FOR WALLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP TO EVEN CALL THEMSELVES THIS WHEN THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT TENANTS. I know I shouldn't be surprised, but over a year to fix something is crazy. I did everything I was supposed to as a responsible tenant.
