Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. I worked with Marc to complete an off market transaction. From the first time we talked to each other, for my inquiry of how an off market sale works to when attorneys like him get involved, Marc was communicative, informative, patient, and to the point. He spent time talking and explaining things to me even when there may not be a deal. When I called again after making some progress, he remembered our previous conversation and we were able to quickly confirm next steps. He also spent substantial time conducting comp analysis with me, which I wasn't really expecting, provided referrals for services as needed, and walked me through the contract point by point per my questions. It was simply superb service. Worth every penny. I would also say that he was really watching out for our interest. In cases where we might be able to negotiate, he worked to point those out and discussed potential strategies with us. On top of that, when we ended up making decisions he may not have made himself, he quickly accepted our perspective without making a big deal of it. There were numerous oversights and a couple couple questionable ethics issues relating to her listing. Examples: The property was listed as 3 bed/1.5 bath...there was a "bedroom" in the basement, but it would be much better classified as a "bonus room." Also, a toilet in a corner can hardly be classified as an half bath (no door or sink). While anyone can see these issues from a walk through, I would not want someone listing my place in that manner. She was also unresponsive and oblivious to our scheduling of inspections and final walk-throughs (removing the key box prior to closing and not notifying anyone) causing us to reschedule a few appointments. Additionally, we're still missing a couple keys that were promised to be in our possession at closing. Alone, these gripes wouldn't be much, but combined, I lost faith in her to do her job professionally.

Having said that, he's been proactive in making sure the rental house is in a good shape, including regular annual maintenance. This is to ensure tenants get what they pay for. One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

I have not received any emails (not in my junk mail either) or phone calls or any type of contact even acknowledging that they received my interest, and only the answering service answers phone calls and they do not know the hours of the property management office. As much as I am eager to see this apartment and apply I'm very hesitant now to even work with a property management company that advertises a unit and is in no way responsive to an interest in this unit. I'm a highly qualified tenant as well, so I'm sure that's not the case.

I moved into my current residence in September 2023 and about a month in, I realized there was a SERIOUS leak coming from the living room window every time it rained. It would pour down the window, onto the sill and then pool at the floor if I did not put towels down. I immediately contacted maintenance for support and even expressed that new windows would be needed in my whole unit! The conditions are below what anyone should be dealing with. Let me tell you, that I have STILL not had the issue completely fixed more than a year later, even though I have called maintenance several times as well as management only to be given the run-around. Even when maintenance workers came out and claimed they fixed the leak, it still was never fully fixed. Fast forward to this year: In October - November 2024 maintenance workers came and ripped out part of my ceiling above my window to try and see where this leak was coming from exactly. While I was happy to see this moving in the right direction, they never patched it back up because they were "waiting for the wood to dry"... well it's December now and the rain is gonna keep coming! Soooo I just have this hole in my ceiling. At the same time, I finally saw some slight progress being made of a windows person coming to take measurements for new windows. But as of the beginning of December 2024, the owner of the building decided to change management groups. So now, I'm still left with no real solution. Now it's like both management groups are trying to kick a ball back and forth on whose responsibility it is to finish the job. I don't care, I just want it done once and for all!!! It is UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMBARRASSING FOR WALLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP TO EVEN CALL THEMSELVES THIS WHEN THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT TENANTS. I know I shouldn't be surprised, but over a year to fix something is crazy. I did everything I was supposed to as a responsible tenant.
