Great experience. we did the Lock me if you can Medium difficulty with 3 of us two adults and one 11yo. the 11yo was on top of it actually she did a little better than we did, but it was good. the Game Master was very helpful gave updates on time and the hour went by far to fast. it was a very well laid out game and experience. Took 19 and it was the first time for most. Some of the teenagers had done it before and their group finished early. All enjoyed it. Our room started us with handcuffs and it was hard enough that we just escaped as time ran out. Would do it again. read more

Celebrated our daughter's birthday with her friends and they had a BLAST!!! We did the Library of Secrets it was a tough challenge and we didn't make it out, but it was fun. Our group was working with another family and each of us was able to contribute even the younger children. This was a perfect intro in to an escape room. DO NOT DO THE PRISON ESCAPE IF YOU'RE AN EXPERIENCED ESCAPEE. My group and I got out in 30 minutes. So that's just a little disappointing considering what we paid and we got through it so fast. That's the only complaint I have. If you do decide to do the prison escape it starts out in a very unique way I've never experienced before! read more

We had an excellent time here - this was a birthday gift for or son's 12 year old BFF. Both families worked together & made it out of the Library of Secrets with only a few minutes to spare. We booked the Break Out of Prison room and it was absolutely great. It really had a "jail" feel to it lol! It was 10 of us and we had a blast! There were so many small nuances that made us go "duhhhh" once we realized what they were. This was really a super fun room and we plan to come back to try out the other rooms as well! read more

In town visiting family for Thanksgiving and decided to try this place. My husband and I have done a few other escape rooms back home in Florida and thought this would be something fun for all 9 of us to do (4 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 9-16). We found a great deal on Groupon and booked our room for the next day. I had to call because I couldn't figure out how to redeem the Groupon voucher online on their website and the guy on the phone was very helpful. We booked the Library room for a challenge - it's their most difficult one! We all had a blast even though we didn't escape in time. We found a Groupon and came here for a family date night. We are so glad we took a chance! Two adults and three children under the age of 12 - we had a wonderful time in the Library of Secrets! We made it out...with less than a minute to spare! The room was challenging, but didn't feel impossible. We will definitely tell our friends and family to come on out and try a room. Sketchy facility and location. Not very clean. Clues were a stretch, and we lost over 15 minutes out of our hour in the escape room because the "game master" told us we got something wrong when, in reality, she just didn't hear me correctly. We did not get that time subtracted from our final escape time. We would have made the record board if we did. Overall, severely lacking when compared to every other escape room company I've been to. We had a blast in the Library of Secrets last night. Miles was helpful and was able to give clues as needed which was great since we had 2 kids with us. The only downfall was 1 of the clues didn't work the first when we had put it together. They also have a couple of colors mixed up on another clue and that slowed us down. This was our first experience in an escape room, and we were really looking forward to it. I went with my husband and two sons, one was 20 years old and the other was 15. Let me first say that we should not have tried the hardest room first, but we didn't want to solve it too quickly and then feel like we didn't get our money's worth. We truly didn't expect it to be as complicated as it was. However, I tried multiple times to call this escape room to ask them some questions before purchasing the tickets online, but no one would ever answer the phone, so I didn't really know what to do. I just guessed. We didn't even know if buying the tickets at the location would be possible. If someone had answered the questions I had, we would probably have booked a different room. I feel like the guy that was working there could have given us more information on the room itself when he was doing the beginning instructions. We were just put into the room without knowing what the goal was or anything. Also, if I hadn't read the story about the room online, we wouldn't have even known that because he told us something completely different and it wasn't nearly as interesting. When we were in the room trying to do the tasks, we got the combination to a lock, but it wouldn't open. I'm not sure if there was something wrong with the lock, or if it was an error with my 15 year old son, but we had to use one of our three clues, only to find out that we were already doing the right thing. The walkie talkie he gave us was so full of static we could barely understand what he was saying. Several times we couldn't understand what he said at all. We did the library room. Quite a few of the books were damaged. A lot of them had been glued together with a hot glue gun, but ripped back apart. I don't want to give anything away, but I spent way too much time doing a certain task that was completely unnecessary. I wish they had given a heads up about that at the beginning. There were several cool things that we never even got to. I feel like the employee could have helped with that, but didn't. Overall, I was pretty disappointed about this. My boys and husband thought it was ok. We will definitely be trying another escape room with a different company, but not again at this one. Now that we kind of know what to expect, I feel like we will be much better at the next one. read more
