Our 15 yr old granddaughter suggested we 'indulge' in an Escape Works Room. We had a GREAT time. Sky was informative when we phoned in (recently had an ear surgery and loud noises cause me to lose hearing for a few days) and had suggestions. When we arrived both she and Gabby were excellent in their customer service. The Casino Room was designed exceptionally well, very creative. My husband and I are architect/designer and were impressed with the details. (Being on the more 'mature' but youthful side, we seem to be shocked by prices across the board. EscapeWorks is no different. It would be nice to be a little less pricey.) read more

Definitely a fun way to hang out with friends and family! You select the room based on the experience level of the participants. We had adults, young adults and teenagers. We did the Egyptian Tomb. When we were stumped, Jake was super helpful to give us hints to keep the adventure going. You can't ask for help, but they keep an eye on you and give hints to nudge you in a certain direction. I loved Escapeworks Denver because: 1.) Website was easy to book a room at certain time slots. 2.) We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. 3.) Instructions were explained and the opportunity to ask questions was given. 4.) The rooms and puzzles within the rooms were very well thought through. They made you use logic to get to the next step. 5.) Decor is on point for the rooms to make it feel more real. In conclusion, you HAVE to try this out. Great room , we did the speak easy and Ays our game master was very good about giving us the right amount of clues to help us . We had only two people and we escaped with just 3 minutes left . I've done probably 15+ escape rooms between 8 different companies all in all, and they're so fun! This is the first escape room I've done where the company actually make their own games. Unfortunately, the other person and I felt that the clues (once we were informed what we were supposed to do with them) just didn't make a lot of sense. We LOVE Escape Works! My fiance and I have had Iris a few times now, and we ADORE her1 She has amazing energy, and she makes the room super fun. We've done most of the rooms and my only feedback would be to PLEASE rotate the rooms more often! I think these rooms have been standard for like a year, and we are fairly career Escapists. I'd also recommend maybe a monthly membership or a punch card or something. My fiance and I like to do these because A) they're fun and B) it actually helps us with our communication quite a bit! We just wish the cost wasn't so high, and that the rooms would rotate out more because I know Escapists like us would absolutely come more often. Overall though, Iris is a QUEEN and we can't wait to do a room with her again soon! read more

(During COVID review) We had an absolutely amazing time. Our gamemaster was Kyle and we pretty much adopted him into our family. He was super friendly and witty. We did the Outbreak room with nine of us. My parents, my siblings, and my two nine year olds. The room was properly sanitized and put together very well. It has a 25% escape rate but we managed to do it with 21:54 to spare with a very low amount of clues (according to Kyle). THIS IS A FUN ROOM! I have been here two other times (Egyptian room and Casino room). This has been my favorite experience but I absolutely give EscapeWorks five stars for all of my experiences here. #teamfamdemic read more

Not to mention, this was the 1st time in on an escape room for myself and my daughter. Was not my favorite. The puzzles made almost no sense. You had to have clues to make it anywhere in the game. (For every puzzle we needed a clue) our game master changed 3 times so we got multiple of the same clues. So much time was wasted watching their videos and audio recordings.
