I've been to a few escape rooms and thought this one was on par with the others. As far a price is concerned, I thought they were reasonable priced compared to others maybe even a bit cheaper. Perhaps it's a bit cheaper because the inside is a bit rough/unfinished. I mean It's not dirty, unsafe, or disgusting - but you can tell that little investment is made to "upscale" things. Staff - the lady working the room ( I believe she's the owner) is super cool. We did the Avengers themed room and succeeded ( and it was not because of my skills). It was a lot of finding clues to open locks. I felt that maybe 80% of it was finding ways to open locks then use what was hidden to do something to move to the next step. Now, let's be honest, if we are the Avengers, I don't think we are going to look for clues to open locks. I sure there are more effective/efficient ways to open them:-). Same goes for a normal person, lock cutters anyone? Overall it was fun and we finished with about 5 minutes remaining. Think we were there for about an hour total. read more

This was so fun!! This was the first time all of us had tried an escape room it was very fun and the host was very helpful! The leaderboard with the fastest times really kept us motivated to solve riddles and use our own powers of deduction rather than the hints. Do the Sherlock Holmes room! read more

First time at an escape room and it was so much fun!!! I really didn't know what to expect or how to maneuver around the room but my coworkers helped me along the way. We did the Sherlock room and it was really difficult. It didn't help when we got out and was told it was the easiest room lol. All in all it was very fun, creative, thought provoking, etc, etc.. The staff member was there to give us clues on the screen whenever we were stuck. We ran out of time but still had a blast! Will return! read more

I LOVE Escape Rooms. I'm so glad that these are a thing now. I am into anything that utilizes this area of your brain, provides a challenge, an experience, and a team building exercise. It is SO fun. I've been to these with a couple of friends, with random strangers, and with our staff, and in every occurrence we enjoyed ourselves. The inside of Escape Now is clean, kind of modern, and the staff is VERY welcoming. They were incredible at just making us feel awesome, know what was going on, and comfortable as we entered our space. They offered us free drinks while we waited for our time to come up, and told us how great we did when we came up! As for the room, we did Sherlock, and I'm not going to give any spoilers. It was a great mix of cool experience, create puzzles, and challenges. There are locations where the puzzle itself can be a bad mix of not knowing where to go, when each item is incorporated, etc., but this wasn't like that. Sherlock was pretty linear in terms of knowing what to do, there were just a couple of challenging points that the hints helped us get through! There was a couple of technical difficulties on our experience there. Once, a sound was supposed to play, but didn't. The staff had to play it over the speakers. Bad for the room, but great for the staff being prepared. They asked us about it at the end, so that they could adjust it for future groups. Sound like they were on the path to fixing it. The other technical difficulty was a short power outage that made it to where a certain element didn't trigger. The cameras the staff watches and keeps up with us on shut off for a second, so they asked us if we had attempted a certain portion yet. We already had, but went back and it worked this time. I'm sure the power outage wasn't there fault, but kudos to an even BETTER staff for handling those issues and being more prepared for the future. All in all, we will definitely be back, and would highly recommend this place! My next trip back, I'll update this review, and they have a definite chance of upping this to a 5 star! We came for a team outing. She explained things to us and had us sign the waiver. The came early so we started early. It's your typical escape room, you get clues on the screen if needed. If you use more than three I think you aren't eligible for the record winners. That was ok with us. We managed to escape with about 11 minutes left which was pretty good for Classroom Capers apparently. I've been to four other locations around town and this one was in the middle. Not too hard, not too easy and nothing fancy. It was fun and there are several restaurants in the area to go grab dinner or drinks afterwards! read more

Least favorite escape room. I know it has good reviews and the staff seemed nice but my daughter and I ventured here for some Mother's Day fun and did the Chocolate Factory Room. This room was made for 10....you would have thought that the game master would have taken that into consideration for any nudges. Right off the bat 20 minutes was wasted before we used a clue. In my previous experiences game masters would have at least given a nudge. The clues were pretty vague and we had to use 3 clues to get the first answer... You were also only allowed 4. In other rooms I have seen 2 options: 1 you can pick 3 or 5 clues or you get 3 free and any additional clues time gets added to your final time. This options seem to be fair overall and actually push you to try and escape where only 4 limits you and when you use them. Since this was more frustrating than fun we most likely will not be back....and believe me we have not gotten out of rooms and still had a great time, this place just didn't do it for us. read more

The Sherlock Room: This was a good time as a family the day after Christmas. We had a good time going in, and overall everyone was able to contribute something to solving puzzles. We missed a few fairly obvious things, which is unfortunate because they were fun puzzles. There was also a puzzle that we just have no idea how they did it but it was super neat and I've yet to see it used in any other rooms - we would like you also to be surprised by it because it was a neat little challenge. Theme:There were some neat things in here, some of which were a little distracting, but overall pretty good. Quality:In good shape - all but one puzzle worked perfectly and they had warned us about problems with one before going in so we were able to get a work around when we got to that. Difficulty:Honestly, we just made things so much more difficult than they needed to be. There were at least three puzzles that had we paid better attention we could have made it through without using the hint so early. Fun:We had fun - it was a first puzzle for the in-laws and even though we didn't get out they had fun. read more

First off, the staff was very kind and welcoming. We did the superhero room with 3 people. The puzzles required us to think in different ways and the hints given by the staff left us to do the thinking to complete the next part. My only complaint is that throughout the experience staff had to enter the room multiple times, which kind of took away from the experience. (Once to put a lock on that had been missed when resetting, once to open a lock that was stuck - thinking it probably just needs to be replaced, and one other time.) That being said, the room was still overall well done and we're excited to go back and try out the other rooms! read more

Where do I even start. This place was the worse from the minute I walked in, through out the whole experience. When I walked in I encountered a rude goth girl that supposedly is the host, with a bad attitude and so angry or something. Once I started the room, they're no help at all, I was with my kids and had no attentions of being a ranked time escape room master that is limited on clues, I explained that from the beginning, and said I just wanted to have fun with my kids. The game master named Jessica was no help at all, items in the room were broken and malfunctioning and they couldn't careless. I asked them to stop the time to even fix or explain why someone wasn't working, they refused. All the other Escape rooms I've been to in the area have all been 5 stars. That Escape Place in Spring, great nice helpful people there. I highly recommend you go there if you wanted to have a good time. Worse Escape room experience ever. read more

We took a group of Jr High kids and it was a little difficult for them. The younger kids lost interest very quickly and clues were a little vague. It would be a good team building exercise for a business or adults. I really think the place should approach the game differently for younger crowds, making the clues easier to understand read more

Attended the Sherlock room with friends tonight for a birthday. It was a lot harder than we expected but we laughed, we got frantic, we got intense and we enjoyed every bit of it. My only suggestion or recommendation would to be to record the video of the room and sell it! It would be too funny. Highly recommended to all! My gal pal and I went to try something new for her birthday and it was just us two, but it just felt like we didn't get the help we needed to get moving through the room. It didn't feel like fun it felt more like a lot of work to get one clue. Now that I have been to other escape games, it has definitely felt like too much going on for two people alone.
