Ca and Dallas ones are 10000% much better.. tasting wise, but I've also never been to a boiling crab where they've messed up the sauce?? cuz cmon! the sauce is the best part!!! -Sausages are TINY compared to other boiling crab restaurants we've been to -I don't normally dip my crawfish in the lime/salt&pepper cuz you honestly don't really need it, but I dipped it in there for every single bite this time around.. hence, the sauce.... -Menus on napkin holder aka QR code -Gloves were the only solid thing here! We will not be frequenting this boiling crab location anymore. Waste of money! The foods can be cooked over fire, oven or in the stove. Their unique value proposition is that you can choose your seafood from the case and the restaurant staff prepares the food to your liking. The restaurant is very large with different size rooms for rental. For large party rentals the spend minimum is $1000 and during the week it is $800. Crab tends to turn to shreds when it's overboiled, and I was EASILY pulling out nice, intact pieces from the shell, so no worries about that here. If you're in the area, definitely approach the truck even if it looks closed--worth it to double check!
