The next day, we called again for an update--only to be told by a different employee that the missing box had actually arrived at the store the afternoon of our delivery, before our initial call. No one contacted us to provide an update, and the lack of communication was disappointing. On top of that, the first employee we spoke with came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping resolve the issue. Overall, this was a poor customer service experience. Until this store improves its communication and takes more responsibility for delivery issues, I would not recommend making large purchases here.
