They started squeaking getting into or out of bed, They also started squeaking when you were in bed at night trying to go to sleep. I tried to seek remedy with the 10 year box spring warranty but squeaking was not covered of course. Not to worry, Ken and Gloria, owners of Everything Cool immediately said not to worry that they have our backs on this one. They offered us replacement foundations that are superior in quality to what we had originally purchased in September 2020. We paid a small fee for the set up, delivery, and haul away of the defective box springs. Well done and thank you Ken and Gloria. I think it says something when someone who had never been to my house thinks it was always this beautiful. The difference is night and day yet to a new observer it looks like it was always so perfect! Another very important part of the renovation is the people who are in your house doing the work. Brian and Rachel have assembled a group that arrives when they say, are neat and respect your home, and are kind and friendly. I actually enjoyed having them around. Most importantly the craftsmanship is impeccable. On the very rare occasion something was not quite right it was attended to without hesitation. Finally, Rachel and Brian are great people. They are responsible yet fun. They are family people active in their children's lives and great members of their community. The kind of people you can TRUST. We are beyond pleased with our new kitchen and all the work that turned our house into what it is now!
