When we decided to do a remodel on our kitchen I was pretty nervous, but Aaron handled everything…read moreso well. Between my ideas and his suggestions we worked out a great plan. Everything went mostly according to plan (thanks COVID) and really we only had a few time setbacks due to that. Just a day or 2! The people he sent to do the work were totally competent and easy to get along with. Showed up early and stayed late. Most surprisingly was that there was zero mess. I was still given a functioning kitchen every night. The job they did was beautiful and the end result was better than I even thought it would be. They removed old tile, put up new that they helped me choose, did those gorgeous wood shelves and repainted all our cabinets. Gave us new hardware and kept everything spotless while they worked. When I had a small issue they came out that day and fixed it, and then went on to do the same minor fix on every drawer! We were super impressed. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm posting 1 picture to give you a peek!

I worked with Jamie at A Kitchen Connection. He is awesome. He designed a luxurious kitchen for our…read moreski condo in Colorado. He never saw the space, but we sent lots of photos and all the dimensions. It is incredible that he could do it sight unseen. All the cabinets fit perfectly, the moldings were exactly the right size and closed the space right to the ceiling. Our appliances fit exactly right. Nothing really went wrong! The cabinets are high quality and shipped directly to our condo from the manufacturer in Minnesota. Jamie was always available by phone to answer questions. It was a very positive experience.

recently visited Painted Pallet Studio with a group while in the area and chose to support the…read morebusiness by purchasing several items. At the time of purchase, I also paid for shipping and provided the owner with my shipping information so that my items, along with another individual's purchase, could be shipped to my home. Unfortunately, several weeks have now passed and I have not received the items we purchased. In addition, I have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking information regarding the order. I have attempted to contact the business by calling the phone number listed, but I have not received a return call or any communication regarding the status of the shipment. The lack of response and follow-up has been very disappointing. As a business owner myself, I place a high value on professionalism, communication, and integrity when serving customers. Based on this experience, there appears to be a significant lapse in both customer service and business integrity. Customers should be able to trust that purchases will be fulfilled and that communication will occur if there are delays or issues. At this point, both the other purchaser and I are prepared to dispute the charges with our financial institutions and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if the matter is not resolved promptly. I sincerely hope this situation can be addressed and corrected soon. However, based on my current experience, I would encourage others to exercise caution when making purchases that require shipping.

Upon initial contact, I had an immediate real person on the phone and was blessed to talk to Serena, who was Absolutely charming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product and services. My interaction with her right off the bat gave me peace of mind and also comfort, knowing that I can reach anyone, anytime time! Before I even set foot into the showroom, Ambra (owner) Greeted me and was friendly ...inviting me inside and took the time to talk to me.
