I had to call them to be told when my print was done because they did not alert me. When I got to the store to pick them up and they showed me them they had left their fingerprints and dirt all over the glass and never even cleaned the glass. These were things I had wanted on my wall for Thanksgiving and the girl knew that when I handed them over to be reminded framed. I told her I couldn't accept that with the fingerprints all over the inside and outside of the glass and that they needed to clean the glass. I was a bit incredulous that I would actually have to tell a picture framer that! When I called in today I talked to Taylor again and was told that she couldn't be bothered with this until at least Monday, and she's not scheduled to be in production in the framing shop until then, 4 days later. This is an order that they botched by not following through and cleaning the glass. And this is an order they're not standing behind and fixing in a timely manner. I called back to speak to the manager. However the same girl Taylor answered and she hung up on me. Moral of this lesson? Never get your pictures framed at Michael's anymore, if you want quality and prompt service

I understand having a system error, but making somebody wait in line for 15 minutes only to tell them at the end of it they get out of line and go into a another line to wait another 30 minutes is ridiculous, never ended up getting what I needed as unfortunately I didn't have another 30 minutes to stand in line, I will no longer be going here.
