Where do I even start...This practice is absolutely exceptional. I came in with two root canals that were done by two different offices, both of which I had bad experiences in. I found Dr.Singer after doing a lot of online research, which finally gave me the courage to reach out and set up a consultation. When I first came in, I had no restorative work done on the treated teeth. All I had was temporary fillings which had been in for about 2 months (not ideal at all!). Upon seeing Dr.Singer, he recommended I re-treat one of the teeth and finish the restoration on both. Being that I had bad experiences in other places with my root canals, I dreaded the idea of getting another root canal. Nonetheless, I put all my trust in Dr.Singer and I am glad I did. Not only did he re-treat one of my teeth, but he did the internal bleaching on both AND the permanent fillings. All of which he did within the span of 1.5 weeks. Of course root canal therapy should always be treated on a case by case basis so your experience may be a little different. Now let's talk about the office. It is beautiful, very clean, and peaceful. As soon as you get into your room you are reminded to put your phone on silent, which I can totally respect! It avoids any distractions during the treatment or consultation process. Each room is fully equipped with all the tools the doctor needs for your treatment, not to mention that they use the latest and greatest! They have a cone beam CT scanner which is excellent for detecting any features (like fractures) an X-ray would otherwise not be able to detect. I know they also offer nitrous oxide if you're very nervous about the treatment. The view in each treatment room puts you at ease with the beautiful greenery outside. Also I never thought I'd say this, but even the chairs are super comfortable . The front desk and waiting area is also very nice and peaceful. The staff here is beyond phenomenal! From the moment you even call to make an appointment to the moment you leave after treatment, you really feel cared for. As soon as you walk in Kristen (and sometimes other staff members) is there to greet you with a warm welcome and checks you in. Sabrina is new to the office, she's awesome and very sweet! She assisted the doctor during my consultation by taking all my X-rays, CT scan, and background notes regarding my case. Lily is also amazing! She was the main assistant to (along with Sabrina) Dr.Singer during my root canal procedure and one of my internal bleaching/ filling sessions. Rachel assisted the doctor during my last filling, and I can say she's just as great as the rest! They all pay close attention to what makes YOU comfortable AND they explain some of the procedure beforehand - to put you more at ease. For example, I am not a fan of closing my mouth while the suction tube is inside, by the second session I didn't even have to say anything they REMEMBERED that small detail! Or when Dr.Singer is administering the anesthetic, one of the assistants will lightly massage your arm to provide a sense of comfort. The day after my procedure I received a friendly call from the office to check up on me and see how I was doing. I can seriously go on and on! Dr. Singer is very meticulous and wants things to be done correctly. He's had about 30 years of experience so he definitely knows what he's doing. During my root canal he periodically checked in to make sure I was doing okay, which I really appreciated. Finally, HIGHLY recommend Dr.Singer's practice. Especially, if you're like me and you're super nervous about the dentist in general. My experience here was great, my root canal was painless and just felt very cared for. I overcame my fear and made an appointment From that time the the lady at the front desk was so nice, she checked my insurance, helped me to be seen as soon as possible , because i was in pain . I took my 91 year old father to Dr. Singer office and he saw Dr. Woo. This office is fantastic, the office staff and Dr. Woo took care of my father. He had a root canal done. He walked out of there with no problems, very little pain and the next day it was like he had nothing done. Dr. Singer did my 2nd (and hopefully final) root canal at the beginning of the month and all went absolutely great! I felt NO pain whatsoever beyond a slight soreness when the anesthesia wore off. Absolutely the best! Dr. Singer and his staff are the consummate professionals. My son broke his tooth off 5 years ago. Dr. Singer reattached and saved the tooth. Unbelievable that he still has this tooth and visually you could never tell. It eventually had to have a root canal performed in another state under emergency circumstances. Upon return to California, Dr. Singer saved the tooth yet again. His staff worked with our difficult travel schedule to make it all happen. Debra Stein performed my complicated root canal as an emergency. They saw me same day and though I am a terrified patient, I felt zero pain. I require massive amounts of novacaine. I have had several root canals and this experience showed endodonistry as both a science and an art form. Oddly enough, my regular dentist managed the new crown replacement and the next day, the temporary fell out - on a FRIDAY! Dr. Singer performed an internal root repair and re-treated the molar that already had root canal done several years ago. It had some decay at the bottom of the canal. This is my second visit to Dr. Singer. The first time he took two hours to patiently find his way into an older root canal that needed repair. He accomplished what two other local endodontists failed to do. They wanted to take my tooth and do an implant. I've appreciated that visit for a long time now. I'm back because I have a high level of confidence and I feel so respected, all questions patiently answered. I just had a different root canal and I actually fell asleep. I recommend their earphones with the piano music. If you have good taste or love HGTV, this office is very pretty without being ostentatious. Love the grand piano in the lobby.
