The office made it extremely difficult to get pricing on a cleaning service. First stating that they couldn't provide a price without being a patient of the office. But, I could come in and pay the $47 first time patient fee and get X-rays, then they could quote me a price. I've never been instructed that I need X-rays for cleaning. After being transferred to the office manager, it was still difficult to get a price as she didn't know what "type" of cleaning I needed as there are "three" types. Usually it's a standard cleaning or deep cleaning, I suspect the office uses this tactic so once you're in the chair they can up charge you. The outcome was a "range" of pricing from $100-$500. Even this answer from the beginning would have landed them a new patient and prevented a negative review. read more

By far the bestest experience I've ever had going to a dentist! Dr.Smile Dr Zein worked on me and guided me through everything i neded work done .. He was sooo kind and sweet and did an excellent job extracting my tooth .. i have alot of work that needs to be done but in time it will get done Hannah is an amazing soul very sweet and soo kimd as well ..Hannah did everything to help me financially wise and i couldn't thank her enough for going above and beyond for doing so .. i loved her energy. When you go in for evaluation they give you to another lady Katrina who "crunches down the numbers" of list of things THEY wanted to work on. Felt like a car dealer ship. Made me open a credit card , Went in for 1 tooth to be worked on that was bothering me, ended up getting other teeth worked on instead. Now I have to pay off bill before getting tooth I originally wanted to be worked on. Ive been trying to reach Katrina but never got back, front desk keeps saying she stepped out. Then they be like " leave a Yelp review"...Sure! This spot feels like they just hired a bunch of high school girls who don't know what they're doin.
