got catered food and it was so delicious. We got six Hailey Bieber shakes which hit the spot. We also got the steak and chimichurri, which was perfectly cooked to medium rare and the chimichurri sauce was nice and refreshing. We also got the miso cot, which was better than Nobu in my opinion. We also got the chow mein and fried rice which low-key seemed very similar to each other, but both very good and healthy carbohydrates. The service was quick and easy and inside everything inside (ambiance) the grocery store was filled and presentable looking.

I really enjoy Erewhon! Their passion fruit drink is absolutely delicious, and the fresh juices are amazing. I also love their coconut cookies and warm prepared foods--they are so tasty! The atmosphere is beautiful, and they offer a great selection of fresh, high-quality food. The only downsides are that it can get extremely crowded, picking up a juice can take a long time, and the prices are very high. Overall, it's a lovely place with excellent food and drinks, but be prepared for the crowds and the cost.

EREWHON @ BEVERLY HILLS Parking is the biggest hassle here. It's street parking only along that stretch and you have to pay, so give yourself extra time to circle a few times. Weekends get especially packed, so a weekday visit is way easier if you can swing it. My friend and I came mostly for the hype and the smoothies. I got the Hailey Bieber one and she got the Sydney Sweeney. Both were around $20-$25 each, which is a lot, but they were genuinely good, thick, creamy, and just as pretty as they look online. They're basically a meal, not a drink, so come hungry. The one thing that surprised me was how few hot food options there are. If you're expecting a big prepared foods spread you might be let dow, it's much more grab-and-go and cold case. We did buy dates and nuts, which were really good quality. Expensive, but that's the whole store. Fun to walk around and browse even if you're not buying much. Worth doing once for the experience. Just know you're paying for the name as much as the smoothie.

I heard about this luxury organic grocery store with café on social media about a year ago. I was waiting for the hype to slow down. And at that time, there was a Haily Bieber smoothie trend.... This is a perfect spot to grab a snack, prepacked hot/cold items for lunch, or dinner... This location was clean and well organized. They have dining seatings outside the store. Parking.. 2-hour parking structure next Ordered: Lexi's Chicken Salad Sandwich $17.50 - It was bland and awful Sushi Avocado Summer Roll $14.99 - tasty and fresh and crunchy Sushi Summer Vegetable Roll $14.99 - tasty and fresh and crunchy Malibu Mango smoothie - $21.00 - Refreshing and I really loved it. Overall, it is just another high-end grocery store.

Finally got to try a famous Erewhon smoothie! For $22, it is a high price tag for a smoothie BUT it is definitely very fresh and mixed very well. I got a Mango smoothie and could definitely taste the strong Mango flavor with it. The size of the smoothie was also perfect as it wasn't too big or small so it was plenty to be able to sip while walking around Rodeo Drive to do some window shopping.

I really wanted to like Erewhon, but my experience was disappointing overall. The store itself was incredibly overstimulating, which is one of the reasons I chose to place a pickup order instead of shopping inside. Unfortunately, even with pickup, the employees I interacted with came across as rude and unwelcoming. The biggest disappointment was the sushi sandwich. It was honestly inedible. I took two bites and threw the rest away because it tasted so bad. I was tempted to complain, but I didn't feel like it would make a difference or that anyone would actually help. That said, not everything was bad. The strawberry smoothie was delicious, the buffalo cauliflower was really good, and the short rib burrito was also a standout. For the price and reputation, I expected a much better overall experience. I hope they improve both the customer service and the consistency of the food.

I had to visit Erewhon while I was in the area, and I was surprised by how big this location is! Of course, I had to check out the food court as well. I tried one of their smoothies, and it was good. You could definitely taste that it was healthy, but I probably wouldn't order it again because of the price. It was about $25 for one smoothie, and the wait for my order took a while. They definitely have a lot of food options, but as expected, everything is pretty pricey lol. I also tried their sushi, which was fresh and had good-sized pieces. Overall, Erewhon does offer a lot of quality food options, but the prices are still pretty high for what you're getting. For me, Erewhon is a one time visit.

We expected a little more from the Erewhon smoothies. I enjoyed my Malibu Mango smoothie but couldn't get myself to finish the entire drink. My husband got the Coconut Cloud smoothie and it was mediocre. I do appreciate the smoothies having healthy ingredients and being dairy free. I'm looking forward to trying the food next time and may update my review depending on how it is.

Quite a busy erewhon, i think i like the pasadena location since here just has soo many people. For reference the smoothie bar right at the front probably had an ongoing row of 10 smoothie drinks. They do have a lot of management and still manage to stock the shelves to look fresh. First time trying the Hailey bribery smoothie and unfortunately it is quite good. Just nice thicker smoothie texture and not too watery or leaning towards a certain flavor, light of strawberry. We also got some juices (cheaper) that were good. The line to order smoothies is quite short and fast (even a kiosk) but the line to get smoothies is so chaotic and busy, would kind of help to have a screen or number indicator as it goes by first name

Listen... I know people love to hate on Erewhon prices, but when you're in Beverly Hills, you have to experience it at least once. Of course I ordered the Hailey Bieber smoothie because I am nothing if not committed to the assignment. Was it expensive? Absolutely. Was it actually good? Also yes. It tasted fresh, creamy, and like something a wellness influencer would drink after Pilates and before a facial. What surprised me more were the short ribs. Baby, those short ribs had no business being that good. Tender, flavorful, and honestly the best thing I ate while I was there. If you're going for the viral smoothie, do yourself a favor and grab some actual food too. The people-watching alone is worth the trip. It feels like half of LA is either filming content, heading to a casting call, or pretending not to be famous. As an Atlanta girl, it gave me the same energy as walking into Phipps Plaza on a Saturday--except everyone is holding a green juice instead of a Starbucks. Touristy? Yes. Overpriced? Also yes. But did I enjoy every minute of it? Absolutely. Consider this my official recommendation to lean into the Beverly Hills experience and order the smoothie.

Most supermarkets happen to have prepared food but it isn't the main focus of the market. At Erewhon, however, the prepared food (and smoothies) are the stars, and the market is the afterthought. This place is always packed. Lines out the door for a smoothie. Predictably long wait for prepared food. Crowded tables outside. Lots of young, beautiful people here just hanging out. The food here is really good. I like the already prepared food that packed to go instead of the one behind the counter because I don't like lines. Although I have had the behind the counter food before and enjoyed it. They are known for their smoothies. I have not tried the smoothies because a lot of them are made with add ons like collagen that isn't vegetarian based and I don't eat meat products. They are pretty expensive as well (about $20 for a smoothie) but to justify the price I will say that they are more complex than a regular smoothie and buying the extras does add up. I bought some different brands that are vegan based to make the vegetarian copy/cat versions at home. I recently discovered the garlic miracle noodles on the grab and go shelf. They are pretty good and low calorie as well. They have an al dente bite to them. I had the entire container as my lunch and it was filling. On another trip to Erewhon, I got the wild salmon and paired it with the cilantro rice. Together it was super filling. I could have shared it with someone. Cilantro rice was spicy but very flavorful. Salmon paired well with the rice as it is plain and the rice is very flavorful. The fish looks small at first but I was so full that I think I misjudged the portion size in the beginning. I wanted to get a soup to go but, unfortunately, I found a lot of their vegetable soups are made with chicken broth. I hope they change that because it was a bummer and not necessary for vegetable soups. There is parking on the street and a lot next door with Erewhon parking on the bottom. Walking distance from Rodeo Drive if you so desire to be touristy.

When in L.A you got to get the Hailey Bieber smoothie am I right? Worth the $19? If I was made of money then yes but otherwise I'll stick to vicariously living through influencers

I spend a significant amount on groceries every week, often $700-$1,500 or more, because I trusted Whole Foods for quality and service. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Beverly Hills location was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I parked in the Whole Foods parking lot, went inside, did my shopping, and kept my receipt. After shopping, I sat outside in the Whole Foods/building seating area for about 10 minutes to enjoy the watermelon I had just purchased. I did not leave the property or go anywhere else. When I came back, the parking attendant started arguing with me and told me they had marked my car and could tow it. I explained that I was a Whole Foods customer, showed my receipt, and told him I was only outside for a few minutes enjoying food I purchased from the store. He still told me that next time I cannot park there after shopping and sit outside, and that I should move my car. This is not how loyal customers should be treated. If a customer buys food from Whole Foods and sits outside in the seating area for 10 minutes to eat it, they should not be threatened with towing. I felt unwelcome and disrespected. Because of this experience, I will no longer shop at this Whole Foods location. I will choose another store where customers are treated with respect and kindness. I will also share this experience with my friends and family so they know what happened. Very disappointing customer service and parking management.

Delivery service review: It's been pouring rain the entire…read moreweek and I haven't had time to go to the market anyways. Gelson's to the rescue. They had an offer to waive the service fee and delivery after spending a certain amount before the end of the year. I went online and placed my order. I enjoyed that they had the option to pick a replacement for an item should it be out of stock and also to leave a note. For example, I wanted my avocados to be almost ripe but not mushy so I left that in the comments section. They gave me a window for delivery and the groceries were delivered within that time. The order was correct and the produce was absolutely beautiful and so fresh. Only caveat was that I had asked for all the items that needed to be in the fridge or freezer to be packed together so I could easily remove them first and that was not done. The other thing that I disappointed me is that some of the eggs in my carton were cracked (and yes, I did put in the notes to check for this). Other than that I was really happy I took advantage of this offer and it was the reason I shopped here instead of the competitors. If you want to receive offers like this and enjoy grocery delivery from time to time I strongly suggest getting on the Gelson's e-mail mailing list.

I like variety, I like getting inspired for the week, and in an ideal situation this store actually has a great selection. Unfortunately, none of that mattered the moment I walked through the doors. The smell hit me immediately, and when I say hit, I mean it was horrific. I genuinely stopped in my tracks because I thought something had gone very wrong. At first I tried to brush it off, thinking maybe it was temporary or localized, but as I kept walking it became painfully clear that the odor was coming from the meat department. That alone is extremely concerning. It wasn't subtle, it wasn't faint, it was strong enough that it felt like it was oozing through the entire store and clinging to everything around it. I tried to push through because I didn't want to waste the stop, but I quickly realized I couldn't bring myself to buy anything fresh. Produce was a no, bakery was a no, meat was obviously out of the question. I ended up only feeling comfortable looking at pre packaged, fully sealed items, and even then I was second guessing myself. A grocery store should never make you feel uneasy about food safety, and unfortunately that's exactly how this visit felt. What's frustrating is that if the smell wasn't there, I actually would have enjoyed shopping here. The layout, the offerings, the overall vibe should have worked for me. But a grocery store lives and dies by cleanliness and freshness, and this experience completely missed the mark. I don't know what happened that day, but it was bad enough that I won't be back anytime soon. The staff didn't leave an impression on me as well.
