For the quality of work and the attention it is actually undervalued! As opposed to every other review I did a lash line enhancement with Lauren. The results are amazing and, like most reviews here, help reduce my makeup routine considerably. In the summer heat there is no substitute for what a nano brow or lash line enhancement will do to improve your "look". Even if you're broke, you owe it to yourself to get it done! I informed them at the time of the appointment that he has moderate dementia. Also asked when I made the appointment if they'd trim his brows and was told yes. When we walked in I asked the stylist if she could also shave his chin since he has five o'clock shadow and his hair is coarse making it difficult to shave him with a razor. She agreed. He got the buzz cut - not the greatest - but nothing else. The stylist brought him back to the reception area and told me she couldn't shave him because he wouldn't lift his chin but cleaned up the sides. I was incredulous as nothing on his face was trimmed. I asked her if she could at least trim his brows. She got her scissors and a comb and trimmed the middle of his brows and told me I could do this at home. Poor experience, no effort made by the stylist to satisfy the client's needs.

My doctor is Cara, I have sensitive skin, I have met with many other doctors before in different clinics and hospitals but I was never convinced to trust anyone with my skin and face. I went in asking for an ashy blonde ombre with some layers and came out with a more yellow toned (see photo) balayage with no layers. I did go back and have the stylist add some layers, which she did at no cost. I'm most disappointed in the color, especially because I feel I was quite clear that I wanted an ashy blonde. I didn't mention the dissatisfaction with my color because 1. I didn't want to get it processed again so soon and 2. Because I was a bit wary of how it would turn out since what I asked for wasn't done the first time. I'm not saying I'd never go here again, but if you're looking for something a bit more edgy/different, there are probably better places to go. Or, before you book an appointment, make sure you schedule it with a stylist who is skilled in specifically what you want done. There are many here to choose from.
