Blush Tan has earned my trust as my go-to spray tan in Pittsburgh. The tans turn out super natural and the formula is all organic. Staff is friendly and the process is quick and painless! I had Bella during my most recent visit and she was so sweet and helpful. They have a few different types of tans to choose from, including the original which develops overnight and more express options which you can shower off in a few hours. As a pretty fair skinned person I go with the lightest level of color which still gives me a nice sun-kissed glow. They also have memberships which I might have to look into next. Officially my go to spot for spray tans!! The staff is so friendly & really make you feel comfortable & beautiful in your own skin. The place is super clean & very trendy/aesthetically pleasing. They offer hair nets, disposable underwear (TMI? Sorry!), lotion for areas like knees, ankles, hands, foot pads (so the bottom of your feet don't get color), makeup wipes, hair ties, etc. you name it, they have it! They consult you with your color, I usually go light/medium because I'm naturally fair-skinned. After the session, they let you use the dryer on yourself which I really like. Other places usually dry for you. They have an entire retail section of their own products too! I just purchased their gradual tan moisturizer and it's awesome for making my spray tan last longer. I have never had a spray tan before, so honestly I was super nervous about the whole product. My friend and I made an appointment and when we arrived, we were greeted by the two sweetest employees. Being that neither of us have ever had spray tans, they were so patient explaining the process, before and after care, and everything in between! The facility was beautiful, and each of our rooms were cleaned before we entered them. The professionalism they demonstrated throughout the entire process was exceptional. I desperately needed a tan before my best friends bachelorette party that in Tampa, Florida and I knew that wasn't gonna happen anytime soon in Pittsburgh I was always so nervous anytime I'd get a spray tan bc I didn't have a good experience one time. However, BlushTan Pittsburgh was one of the best places I ever got a spray tan. The girls were super friendly, professional, and made me feel like I was hanging out with a couple of my girlfriends. I was very happy with how my tan processed throughout the next day. I got the basic tan that allowed it to process overnight (12 hours). The only negative I have is the price. $50 plus a $10 tip is a little much for a spray tan. You definitely get what you pay for though! read more

I've been to BlushTan a couple of times and these young women do amazing work. I am a 51 year old pasty Irish woman and they give me the perfect amount of color. I got my most recent spray tan for vacation and it was beautiful. They even fixed it when I messed it up by not following instructions. The ladies are just the kindest, most non judgmental women too. They even have signs posted advising customers that we are not allowed to judge ourselves either lol! All Covid guidelines were followed at the time of my visit. I went there for express tan other day very nice place very polite , they told me I had to take a shower six hours after which I did and most of it washed down the drain. I was still a little tan. I called up and that's when they became unhelpful and didn't want to hear what I had to say. The young lady kept giving me excuses. I wanted to give this place a good review because I liked the people. They are super professional and make you feel very comfortable during the process. I got the package that requires 4.5 hours before rinse (for a light glow). However, the very next day, I noticed immediately that my feet and legs were orange. Later that day at a wedding, when I removed my heels, I saw that all of the spray tan around my ankle where my shoe trap was had rubbed off, leaving a white ring around my ankle. The second day all of the tan around my wrist where my watch was had also rubbed off. Very disappointing, to say the very least. read more

Blush is my absolute favorite! It is the best place to get such a natural looking spray tan! The girls are so sweet and kind and make you feel so comfortable while spraying you. More importantly the tan comes out even, bronzed and lasts so long. The tan also fades so naturally and doesn't become splotchy. You honestly don't even notice as it just gradually wears off after a few weeks. After my first spray tan with them I haven't considered going anywhere else and now go before every trip and wedding.
