Trish, who is the manager of the Four Seasons Tanning Salon on Rt 19 in Cranberry Twp, is like the wicked witch of the west. She's one of those people who just wants to make everyone around her - especially her employees and her customer base - miserable like she is. She gets off on it. She could teach a course in how NOT to manage a retail business that involves any kind of interaction with the clients. The beds are ridiculous. They are not kept in good repair. If she especially doesn't like you, she'll put you in bed 2 or GOD FORBID bed 14. Her favorite trick is to assign you to a fire-inducing bed (I'm serious; if you get in it, you will smell like KFC and NOT in a good way) and God bless one of her underlings (she treats all her employees like slaves [yelling at them - IN FRONT OF A LOBBY FULL OF CUSTOMERS - for not ROLLING THE TOWELS CORRECTLY AND HOW TRISH'S DAY WAS COMPLETELY RUINED) and with absolutely zero respect (except for the ones that are her DAUGHTERS, which is a large percentage of them), sidled up to the Manager Trish with her head down (she was afraid of her, which Trish LOVES) and said, "Didn't you tell us this morning not to put anybody in bed 2 because the bulbs are not cooling down between customers?" Oh man. That poor young lady got taken in the back and you could hear Trish yelling at her. And the beds! LOOK AT THE BEDS! There are dead spiders and literal granules of detritus like dirt, dust, rodent droppings, hair, trash, pieces of torn tissue... on the ground, under the beds, in the crevices of the beds. what. The. HECK? Who owns this place? Is there any Butler County health department that regularly checks this joint? And it breaks the law that says there cannot be just one lone employee in the establishment. Most evenings there is one lone employee, and they're young people. Another thing TRISH the manager of Four Seasons Tanning does is she sells her own crafts in the store! I have never seen any business allow some no-name to sell their junk (and this is JUNK; it has nothing to do with tanning or self-care [she makes plastic double-insulated glasses and mugs with reindeer and other characters (which I'm sure she doesn't have a license for) and she literally pushes (I mean that: she puts one in your hand) them on the customers who are there to tan]). I witnessed Trish tell a customer that Trish had stayed up all weekend and got no sleep so she could make them. This place needs Trish to be FIRED. Then the Butler County health department needs to get in there with a nuclear electrician and microscope and a fine-tooth comb and an exterminator and clean that dump the heck up! And how come there's such a dearth of tanning salons in Cranberry Twp? I smell a rat... I know there's one that just opened in Butler proper but that it is owned by the same people who have TRISH running the Ogle Station Four Seasons Tanning into the ground. CAVEAT EMPTOR. read more

My daughter in law went here to tan and she's Italian and tans VERY easily. She doesn't burn, tans ALL the time at other salons and lays out at her pool at home and they would not let her go in for the full time?!! They'd only let her go in a 12 minute bed for 6 minutes?! They were extremely rude to her. Just for that I will no longer give my business to this place anymore and she will never be back. I've tanned all across the country at many many different salons, Four Seasons Tanning salon is nice, the vibes are good, all the ladies that work there are friendly and welcoming. There are very few tanning salons in the area, I drive 25 minutes to tan, I'm not used to that, it's also the most expensive membership I've ever purchased but with the tanning salons being far and few it's worth it to tan. I have a bed membership but they also have spray tans. With tax it was 205$ for 3 months. read more

Now, I am by no means a frequent tanner. But I do believe it's a good idea to get a bit of color before a beach vacation. And I do believe that Four Seasons is a nice choice for that. They are centrally located in the middle of Cranberry. The salon is very clean and modern. And the ladies that work there are super nice and work hard to keep the place spotless. They have a lot of tanning choices including beds and stand up booths. Since I wasn't looking to become a bronzed beauty, I opted for the mid level, which is Platinum. They call the lowest level Gold and Diamond is the highest. Not sure if all their equipment is new, but it certainly looks new. And their bulbs are very strong. For the Platinum level, the greatest amount of time that I worked up to was 8 minutes. And that was plenty. They prefer to sell memberships, so their single visit prices can be a little high. But right now, they have a great offer for new customers at the Cranberry location. You can come in for a tour and also get a full week of free tanning, which is incredible. You can buy monthly memberships. Or just 10 sessions which are valid for 60 days. Plus they have loads of other options, including monthly specials. You can also sign up on their website for specials. They also have a Pura UV free/sunless tanning booth, which in the end worked out help along my tan. Britney gave me all the "pre-tan" instructions over the phone and was very helpful. And when I arrived, she helped me to decide what level of color I wanted. Yes, I am a 22. Then she walked me thru all the steps for getting the best coverage and advised how the machine worked and what to expect. The best part is that the solution that they use doesn't really have a strong scent. And the tan lasted long enough for me to work on that real one on my vacation. And I did not look like a Western Pennsylvanian at the beach. I know there is no replacement for the good old sun, but this place comes close. read more

I have been getting spray tan for years. Out of all the places I have gone this is the worst. I have purchase a spray tan membership from Four Season Tanning. Every time I came in to use my membership The spray tan machine was either not working or they ran out of spray. I can never get to use my weekly membership. The last time I came I ended up cancelling my membership due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. read more

They have the worst customer service! They offered me a package at the time of purchase but after the week of free tanning they said that packs was no longer available. I asked to speak with the owner since the girl that sold it to me said that after she offered it to me she found out it was no longer available. The owner replied "if she wants to speak to me she can call me in the morning ". Then the sales girl denied ever having offered me the package. Just got off the phone with one of the workers (while looking around for a different tanning salon on Memorial day since the one that I frequently go to was not open) and she was extremely rude to me. I went there when they first opened. There was always dirt, bugs and hair all over the floors. I never wanted to take my shoes off. Its pretty gross! You could tell that the employees where only there for a paycheck. They wont go too far out of their way to help you. They were doing a promotion once where they let you pick a piece of paper from a bowl and win something like a free tan, lotion sample, etc. I picked and mine was 1 free tan in a gold level bed. I already had the gold level package so instead of letting me pick again the manager said "Oh well". I guess that's what I get for buying the most expensive package! Stay away from the spray tan! I got one once and I had 4 different people tell me that I looked orange. Tan Seekers and Anytime Tan are the best in Cranberry! Anytime Tan has an awesome spray.The employees are so nice and extremely knowledgeable about lotions at both places. read more
