Tried to tan today using a Visa Debit (loadable) with $200.00 on it. Was told it was "okay for me to use that card today to pay" but going forward they needed my real bank debit card. Uh huh. I don't know if these owners follow a particular brand of hiring practice, but whatever it is... keep it up! I'm always struck by how every single employee at this salon is pleasant & helpful & seemingly enjoys their job. I have tanned at this facility for the last 2 years. I have asked every off season to have my membership on hold. They have cancelled it both years. Last year it cost me a large sum of money to reinstate my membership..they apologized and told me that it would not happen again..so it happens again...ridiculous! If I was a new member I would pay a lot less every year. So much for loyalty! read more
