Anyone would be feel comfortable here. I carefully selected this center through superficial means. If they don't look fake and overdone, neither will I. I trust Kate and her she explained each process thoroughly and in ways that clients can understand. She helped me to understand where we were starting and how long and what it will take to achieve that finish line. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and is very helpful. She's an asset to this center and I have to believe everyone working there knows this. I can honestly say that I gave this center a trial run, but became a client in under an hour. I'll continue to go not only for the treatments, but the knowledgeable and caring team that make this place very special in a sea of fly-by-night clinics. Job very well done!

I do not think I can choose a favorite part of the facial, as each stage was perfectly different, smelled amazing, and had so many benefits. My face was glowing when I left. The medical spa as a whole was such a vibe. The music, the decor, the cleanliness, the employees, and the scent all made me feel extremely welcomed. She immediately outlined the process, introduced me to the tools/products, and made me feel comfortable. I had several questions that she was able to answer with ease, which was super helpful to a skin amateur like me. She was gentle, and the process was very enjoyable, especially the face mask with the cold rollers! I chose to add dermaplaning to my facial, and I was very glad I did afterward. My face is smoother than it has ever been! I inquired about a few of the products they used, and Kayla was able to give me a sample, so I can try them at home before investing in the products themselves. This experience was fabulous from beginning to end, so I am hoping to visit a few more time before my wedding!

Owner would not honor my Clipp.com certificate for Chao Nail & Beauty for $100 towards any spa…read moreservice. I got a GEL X nail set (nail the was great and service was good.) But owner said the certificate is only good for a service that says the word SPA in front of it on their menu and must be used in one visit. HOWEVER the only service on menu that says the word SPA in front of it is Spa Pedicure which costs $65. Thus the $100 certificate that I bought was false advertising and is not able to be redeemed. DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPONS OR CLIPP CERTIFICATES. They are a SCAM! NO way to redeem them for the $100. It should not say $100 Towards Any Spa Service when there is only one service that you can use the certificate on and it isn't even $100.
