First of all, their storefront is BEAUTIFUL! Lovely and calming blue and white decor that was so clean and just so nice. Great ambiance and vibe. Sherri was great, explained the steps to me since I'd never had a facial before. They used amazing high quality products tailored to my skin type and condition. The filler had been placed a few years ago, and over time I began noticing dark rings under my eyes that extended up toward my brow line. I scheduled the appointment with Alyssa, as she originally performed the filler treatment and is the injector I typically prefer to see. During the appointment, I was advised that adding filler under my eyes would help improve the dark, hollow appearance. Alyssa recommended following up if I did not notice improvement within two weeks. After two weeks, I called the office because I had not seen any noticeable results. However, I was informed that Alyssa did not have any available appointments until the end of October. I was surprised to learn that the recommended follow-up would require waiting nearly two months. Unfortunately, the response I received when I called with concerns about my results left me feeling that my situation was not a priority. As a long-time patient, I was disappointed by the lack of urgency in addressing a recommended follow-up. As a result, I will be exploring other medical spa providers for my future services.

"The Glacial" winter glow revival facial included an herbal steam, double cleanse, facial massage, dermaplane and snow algae face mask. It all added up to one of the most wonderful self-care experiences I have had, and the way my skin glowed afterward -- and has continued glowing and looking improved overall in the days since -- far exceeded my expectations. Beyond the results, though, I have to talk about how wonderful the experience is from the moment you walk in. Dana opens the waiting room 10 minutes before your appointment time so you can fill out basic paperwork regarding your medical history and skin goals. Then you talk to make sure you're on the same page. The session itself starts and ends with a short deep breathing exercise, helping you center yourself and focus. Everything felt so blissful and relaxing that I drifted off several times, and kept having to bring myself back from the mini dreams I was slipping into as I didn't want to miss the experience! The facial massage especially was wonderful, and a helpful starting point toward my skin goals. I think what I most appreciated is that when we discussed my typical skin care routine, which is incredibly low maintenance and a bit directionless right now, Dana could not have been kinder or more judgment free.
