Set up appointment to get film on windows. The crew came out and got busy putting the film on the windows. My pictures you can't tell. But I could definitely tell the difference as they were putting it on. It knocked out that heat the sun puts through as it sets. It was miserable and the A/C could not keep up with all the heat. Less windows glare also. My windows were hard to do anything else with since they were high and triangular. This was an amazing option. Definitely recommend if you have any hard to cover windows that can't be done with curtains.

He offered a solution that would require moving a low used circuit on to another one to free up a slot for the double slot 50 Amp breaker. He suggested a certain type of charger that they install frequently. I was able to find a different brand that would work for Consumers Energy rebate. I got great communication from Flat River with a break down of costs. The unit I bought was cheaper (tons to choose from) Flat River installed the products I purchased for a reasonable fee. Quick and easy install, very clean and professional. Would use them again!

Jason met us on site and we decided on a shed and wanted the drive to talk about it. That shed sold while we were driving. Jason said he would get us what we wanted for the same price. We didn't have to compromise on color and roof style (metal) as we did with the other shed. Delivery happened exactly as promised. Darcy & Heather were delivery communication and super knowledgable. Kaleb managed to get into our difficult driveway. We have a flag lot. I was pretty impressed. He knew the problem areas and my husband followed him with a chainsaw to get down some limbs. Even though we spent the last three days prepping for this, there were some we missed! We look forward to our new building to use as a roadside stand for our farm - Twin Flame Lavender Farm. Reliable is definitely very RELIABLE! Less then two years ago, they replaced our old worn out…read morefurnace with new unit... A mid range unit (Goodman) was selected to reduce some costs. The removal and replacement process was excellent all around. The unit ran well over the period. There some minor water leaks, but not their issue. They fixed these during the 1 year inspection they provide. All was well it seemed. Then earlier this month (December 2023) they had a deal to come out and inspect the furnace for no charge. They came out, and found the heat exchanger in it was cracked and leaking CO.... The furnace had to be shut down as a result. Goodman has a published 10 year warranty including the heat exchanger however, no labor was covered. Reliable contacted Goodman, but no luck in getting the labor covered and replacing the heat exchanger was not a great option. They went to work and provided us with an amazing solution...replace the entire furnace with a new better model....all at no charge. On their nickel!!! I am just absolutely amazed they did this for us, and further they were here with the new unit in a few days, and replaced the defective unit with the new Heil. Also amazing, they were able to remove the existing furnace and complete the new installation in about a half of a day!!! These guys are incredible and very professional. There was only one minor glitch and I called them late afternoon after they left, and again was amazed as they came right back out within a few hours and fixed the issues and all was well... This is a company that not only talks about great customer service, but they live it. Everyone from the fantastic techs that were here, to Kenton the owner, and the office staff went far above and beyond for us... I would only wish more companies provided such excellent service! If you need a few furnace and/or AC, these are the guys you can trust!

One time I had a new cleaner who did not know how to change bedsheets. Communication and customer service was poor. They raised my rate by $25.00 in the first 10 months. They constantly had staffing problems. Do not recommend. If you are looking for consistency, communication and transparency keep looking!
