So in theory anyone is capable of coming in and calling them and overriding the security system. The second issue is their equipment eats batteries at a very high rate so batteries are being replaced a couple times a year. Every time batteries need to be replaced it is a phone call and very time process. All in all I do not recommend EPS as there are much better systems out there for same amount of money or less with much better customer service.
