He arrived on time and got straight to work. I had 3 doors/locks that needed to be rekeyed and it took him about an hour. Maybe a little over. They provided me with the keys and had me test all the new locks while he was still there to ensure there were no issues. I was paying by card so he gave me a bill and told me to call the store to pay. I did so right away and everything went smoothly! I felt the price was very fair and much cheaper than replacing everything myself and didn't require me to do any labor. I would use them again!

It didn't work but he let me know the options, so the following day someone else (I think his boss) tried once more and also arrived with a newly made key copy. I was worried about how much I'd have to pay but he waived the previous night's service and I believe gave me an additional discount on the new key. Pop-a-Lock was very flexible and accommodating to the fact that I was at work during the day, overall took action very quickly given the circumstances, and were just very nice, which made me feel like less of an idiot. Whether or not it was all heightened by desperation, I drove back home and told everyone it was the best customer experience I'd ever had.

Glad I chose to go to AB Lock and Safe! I needed some locks to be rekeyed v. buying new hardware…read more I first called and confirmed I was asking the right questions about what I needed rekeyed. When I got to AB Lock and Safe I was immediately greeted by Zack and Marv, and assisted with my request. Because of the variety of locks I was needing to rekey, it was uncertain whether one lock (Slider glass door) would be possible to match the others as the type of key was not consistent with the others. I ran a couple errands and came back about 40 minutes later. All locks were done and Zack was in the process of finishing the Slider lock. Much to my surprise, he was able to rekey the lock to match the others! The convenience of all locks with one key is perfect. It also saved me more money as it was less new keys to cut. The grand total I paid was less than the cost to replace one doorknob. The time I saved going to AB Lock and Safe was even greater. Thanks for the great service! I will add you to my A-list for all my lock & safe needs and, I'll be sending referrals your way.
