Contrary to Our Community bikes they will not force you to fix or build your own bike. If you are ADD and hate getting your hands dirty they will do it for you with a smile on their face. Return it and lose 15%, or     2. Take us to court. No apology. No accountability. And now they're pretending they use FedEx/Canada Post when they actually send random vans with unprofessional people. This wasn't just bad service. It was inhumane.
