Vince told me base board heating with a large boiler in the basement was the way to go. The house is old and required a lot of tricky ingenuity from vince which he seemed to manage no problem. It was fully rented throughout the entire process and he did a pretty good job coordinating with tenants of his planned work schedule, with a few minor hick-ups. Overall, he did a great job, and everything is exactly as he said it would be. My only complaints would be the typical complaints with contractors: The project took almost 10 months to complete from first phone call to finish, and there were times where it was very difficult to get a hold of Vince either by phone call or email, going weeks without hearing any response. But I agree with others, he knows his stuff, he does a good job. I don't know where his pricing stands because I don't have anything to compare this type of job to, but he quoted me 23k and it ended up being 25, which I think is an acceptable margin, after all, it was a huge project. He seems like a very fair guy. 5 stars if not for the communication problems.
