I truly can't say enough great things about this company! They are incredibly responsive, easy to schedule with, and their pricing is very competitive. The owners are absolutely wonderful and genuinely care about their customers. They were recommended to me when my AC died on the hottest day of the summer, so I cold-called them in a panic. Even though I ultimately needed a full furnace and AC replacement, they temporarily charged my AC for free to get me through the weekend while the new system was ordered. They then overbooked themselves to make sure my installation happened ASAP, which I greatly appreciated. When a small snafu occurred, they handled it immediately and made things righ,t including going above and beyond what I would expect a company to do to make things right. Since then, I've replaced my AC, furnace, and water heater with them, and also had a whole-house humidifier installed. They service my AC and furnace twice a year, and drain my water heater and clean my dryer vents once a year Their Comfort Club membership is absolutely worth the cost for the value and perks alone. During this current cold snap, our furnace had an issue (and on a Sunday nonetheless). My husband and I were 1,000 miles from home and needed instant service. We've been using com24 for maintenance and repairs for many years and so we have complete trust in this company. We have been members of their Comfort Club which provides semiannual maintenance. Recently our ac unit finally died, and we decided to purchase a new HVAC unit. The owner Jason worked out an extremely fair deal for us. Jenna and Sandy helped set up the installation date and provided quick follow-up for any other questions we had. They provided us with a schedule, and it was followed to the letter. The day of the installation Zeke and Cole were there on time and got to work right away. They were friendly, professional and they obviously cared about the customer and the service they provided. By the end of the day, they had installed and tested the new HVAC. Before they left they cleaned up and made everything nice and tidy. Highly recommend - would give more stars if we could read more

During the coldest of days and during COVID-19, they came and quickly knew why we had no heat. Within 20 minutes, they were gone. I recently moved into my property and had some remodeling work done. Our air quality was terrible and needed some duct cleaning. While I do believe pricing for the full house duct cleaning was a bit on the pricier side, it was well worth it. Carl explained the process and was thorough from beginning to end. I have used Jason with Com 24 for the past 4 years for the repair and maintenance of the rooftop units at my office building, repair of my home furnace, installation of a garage heater, and the repair of the boiler system at my parents home. Each time I have used Com 24, they have been able to diagnose the problem quickly, get parts if needed, and complete the repairs in a timely and professional manner. On our new home, Jason was able to install the garage heater, install a new smart thermostat, and diagnose the furnace was not running a full capacity and quickly solved that problem.
