The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, and they left our home spotless. The price was very reasonable, especially the level of detail they provided. We're very grateful for their excellent service. Highly recommend!

Communication was hard. I asked for a particular kind of outlet but a different one was installed. I asked that the new conduit run be put through the rim joist but it was put through an existing hole in the concrete I needed to fill. They left a junction box uncovered that was 12 feet high on the ceiling. There was another service they were to perform, but they were in a hurry and said to schedule that for another time. I called, left voice mails, sent text messages and was completely ghosted. Just recently I had solar installed and found out the new run they installed to the basement subpanel didn't include a ground wire which is required by code. The EV charger was supposed to be wired with 2 lines and a ground wire, but they wired it with 2 lines and a neutral wire (neutral is not the same as ground in this case).
