I am so thankful and grateful to have found them! One class, that's all it took and I knew I had found somewhere unique and amazing. The owners and the instructors are all so very nice and welcoming and the members are the same. Everyone is encouraging and classes are for any and all fitness levels. The classes are a mix between spin/cycle and CrossFit type bootcamp and small in size so not at all overwhelming. It's a fantastic workout and never the same class twice. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place!! And your first class is free so if you don't believe me you can try it out yourself and see! It is truly an amazing place.

I was in the area visiting family and I needed a work out before feasting all weekend. I was so happy to see a Sky Flow - Aerial Yoga class with Michelle on Thanksgiving Eve. I've been to Fit Ritual Studio years ago, when they were on the opposite side of Claremont Blvd. This location seems to be more spacious so I'm happy for the business for being able to expand. I had a great workout with Michelle. She was so sweet and motivational the whole time. Aerial yoga is a difficult work out, and requires a lot of upper body strength to lift your own body weight up. I am definitely not in the shape I used to be in, but Michelle offered some alternatives if a student would like to do an easier version or a more advanced version to accommodate students of all levels. Such a great work out. I feel like the stretches are so much more deep with the assist of the silks. And the inversions really help release pressure on the spine. It just needs some getting used to if you're not used to it. I'm glad I was still able to do a few moves, but I hope I can get back into the shape I used to be in. I'll be keeping an eye out for Michelle's aerial classes when I'm in the area. This is definitely a place I would frequent if I lived in the area.

I…read moresigned a contract a year ago, and when it came to canceling, I relied on the application they encourage you to use. Unfortunately they are not aware of what they have on their application. When I used the application to cancel, I was told that the application was not meant to manage the membership. Note: The application literally has a tab to manage and cancel memberships. Management went on to explain that the application only cancels auto-renewals of contracts, not auto payment. I went on to explain that I did in fact cancel an auto-renewal, but then was still billed for a new stat date. I explained this problem over and over to management by email and over the phone. No one cares about the discrepancy and only continued stating cancellations must be via email. I honestly understand that I didn't memorize my initial contract and that I did not send in an email, but why advertise and encourage using an application that doesn't have accurate or up to date process? This gym doesn't seem to have all of their information or processes together. I highly recommend finding another place to workout. I left feeling like all they cared about is trying to take my money, not trying to make things right.
