The next year, lots of strings again become detached, so we asked them to come by and pull it back together, but they would not come back and would not stand behind their work. bottom line, the quality was fairly poor in the first place, but even worse, they would not stand behind their own work, which was extremely disappointing.

Anyways, the guys showed up right on time, were very kind and most importantly...clean with shoe guards worn at all times and also placed everything right back in place after they moved it. They clean your blinds on site so you don't have to wait all day for them to come back to deliver them. They do offer a lot of services so they will ask if you need additional things done like screens cleaned or windows washed. Not pushy at all so all was fine there. Normally for blinds this bad we were told they would normally charge an extra fee, but decided to waive it and went over them 3 times each at no charge. WOW!!! The blinds looked amazing and we love um again. Just a great experience.
