I have 3 lay-overs so with the warnings of an historic El Nino, quite literally, tons of snow, I thought it was time to pull the trigger. I called Whitaker and 2 others to get bids. Whitaker and one of the others sat with me for like an hour answering all my questions, and I'm a bit like a 3 year old, "why?" "why?
