And I thought to myself, this might be my new thing. I chose the Nicer option for my round trip. Legroom was luxurious. On my return flight out of LAS, we were delayed almost an hour. And had we been given the choice, I would have opted NOT TO FLY at that time. Even my Vegas friend remarked she was surprised we made it out when we did. As LAS had grounded all flights until Midnight. That takeoff I experienced was super intense. The plane was being pushed around by the strong winds like it was made of paper. We couldn't land at Provo either due to the strong winds. The Captain and Crew were doing the best they could. But communication to us was spotty. We were up in the air above Provo for a bit with no updates. We were FINALLY told we were diverting to SLC. We landed at SLC at 12:44 AM; after departing LAS around 8:14 PM. It took Breeze another 2 hours to get us off of the plane. When we were finally deplaned at Signature Charter, it was past 2 AM. I got to my home in Saratoga Springs at a little past 4 AM. My trek home had started at 4:30 PM the day before. I don't blame Breeze for the weather. It happens. Especially in the area surrounding Provo. I just felt that communication could have been much better. And the morning I finally got home, Breeze kept texting me offering me a flight from SLC to Provo. ‍ I didn't get the impression that customer support knew the Utah area. Or maybe it was all AI generated customer support. Also had to contact customer support myself when they kept offering the SLC/Provo flight. There was no automated way to update the system that I didn't need to take that flight. Their customer support needs a lot of work I feel.

On airside, I noticed an "animal relief" sign at the end and got excited, hoping to discover the airport employs dogs for emotional wellbeing. I went through security and made a mistake because I had my tablet in my bag instead of in a separate bin. WITHOUT me knowing it, they removed it and did not inform me that they did that!! I got on the plane, looked for it, and NO TABLET! My husband called Provo airport immediately and lost and found said there was nothing they could do that day; AND 4 DAYS AFTER because they were gone for Memorial Day weekend. Then on Tuesday, I called again, and still no sign of my tablet. Inga in lost and found didn't do anything for me, even though I was in tears talking to her. I called then the following day...now this is 7 DAYS after my flight; and spoke then with Ashley in lost and found. She went above and beyond to go and find out where it was. She called me immediately and told me she found it. I was SO HAPPY!! Thank you Ashley!! This is ridiculous. Get your act together TSA at PVU. If you remove something, let the flyer be aware!!

I've tried many things and just haven't cared for any of it. But this last time I was pretty satisfied with my meal. I got the sliders (pretty hard to mess that up) the fries were good and I really liked the sauce that came with the sliders. My husband got the grand slam with fried pickles, cheese curds, onion rings and wings. Everything was really good! The fried pickles were a little salty to me. But the cheese curds were soooo good! I'd order just a plate of that, I love the squared size bites. Our waiter Bob was amazing! I was a bit disappointed with the Rueben, it was not grilled and the corn beef was shredded instead of sliced. It also needed to be cooked a bit longer as it was a bit tough. The wife throughly enjoyed her hat trick. Call me fussy but in normal circles, orders for a table should arrive together so everyone can eat together, my sandwich arrived a good 4-5 minutes before my wife's dinner. As we are travelers we asked our server the best route to our next location and she gave us the best route.

Honestly the best way to go to get the most comprehensive experience. We loved the pasta with the Berkshire pork, we both agree it may have been the best thing we've ever eaten in our lives! Zach was our waiter, he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and a great guide, sharing his insight helped highlight great aspects of this experience. My husband gave the largest tip he'd ever given, and it was well deserved! This was NOT a cheap meal, but it was worth every penny and you definitely get what you paid for. The BEST fine dining experience we've ever had! If you're looking for fine dining and an amazing experience, we'd recommend this to anyone who is willing to pay! They have very limited indoor seating, and a little area outdoors with some tables and chairs. Their to-stay orders include actual mugs and plates and silverware! My biggest pet peeve is when cafes use plastic/paper for to-stay orders, so absolutely love that! I have been back multiple times, and will continue to be back.

The german beers here are one of the best and phenomenal. I can't get enough. The IPA is here are solid as well. Great vibes has TV with sports and a lot of seating and outdoors as well. The only issue I have unfortunately at this visit was I was trying to grab a glass to take home with me. However, there was a huge line for people to get carded so the front desk guy wanted to card them in first. That was understandable as that created a huge line and backed up the front door. However, someone came behind me with cans so he let them pay first and by the time they finish paying, more people were coming in to get carded. He decided to card them instead of letting me purchase a glass . So at that time I had just left instead of waiting for the continuous cycle of getting carded I'm having to further wait. Hopefully when things are busy, they will have someone to help out carting people in. Otherwise fantastic brewery.

Unfortunately, our waitress, Carol (older lady with blond curly hair) , was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. When I asked my friends if they wanted another shot, Carol interrupted and asked, "Who's driving?" We ubered. We had also eaten and were not acting drunk, loud, or causing any problems. It wasn't the question that bothered us--it was the way she asked it and how she spoke to us afterward. Her tone was condescending and made us feel like she thought we were irresponsible and didn't know our own limits. We are all well over 21 and were simply enjoying food and drinks. After snarkily saying, "Let's think about that first.." she walked away and never came back to our table. Angie ended up helping us and checking us out and telling us our waitresses name. Angie was kind, professional, and even apologized for our experience even though none of it was her fault. The rude service from Carol completely ruined what was otherwise a nice night out. We have NEVER been treated this way before at other places. Because of how we were treated, I will not be returning.
