He only had turned 4 in a class with 5 and almost 6 year olds. Now he's 2nd grade with no issues with behavior in school and is top of the class in nearly all subjects. The facility was clean and organized. We liked the gymnastics that they put into the schedule.

I received an email that stated "2018 summer schedule". It was my understanding that after the Spring performance, I would have to re-enroll my daughter for the Summer session. I realized 2 months after Summer session had started that I was being charged the monthly rate although my daughter had not been attending class for over 10 weeks (20 classes). I called to see how to get refunded, spoke with owner, who was very unprofessional in her tone with me. She stated that it's clearly said in the waiver that auto-pay would always continue and that I had received an email stating that (again, I thought summer session was a completely different session, they even changed the days and class times). Again, even though the email was sent, I didn't read that section of the email. A total miscommunication. I felt like my daughter was just a "paycheck" to them. None of the coaches ever thought to call and check on her status when we hadn't attended 20 classes in a row. I was told that they couldn't keep up with calling hundreds of students if they didn't show up to classes because often parent's pay throughout the summer to "hold their kids spot". (Although I called a week before classes started last fall and got her straight into a class). But the owner was very rude, defensive and unprofessional on the phone with me. She stated she would not be refunding me my money. Again, I understand that I "signed" a waiver. But from a business/customer service aspect, I had a horrible experience. The whole point to my review is, my daughter did improve with her tumbling, but ultimately, they didn't care to check on her status all throughout the summer when she wasn't at class - but continued to charge me $80 a month. I feel as though, the "coaches" need to create a level of "care" for their students. If you played a sport, and you didn't show up to 20 practices in a row, your coach would check on you. I will not be recommending anyone to them. Point being, you cannot talk to your customers like I was spoken to.

This was perfect, the kids got to run around and play games. The price for the party packages are completely reasonable. We got the package that came w the instructor it was absolutely worth it. You get the gym and two party rooms. The only thing I didn't love is I showed up and didn't know where the room was and there was no one at the desk to assist me/answer any of my Qs and I didn't want to waste time, as I only get 15 mins to set up prior. There is plenty of parking in the back which is THE BEST. I also loved that we didn't have to pay anything the same day. We could just head straight home and they email me for payment arrangements the following day. I suggest you keep a list of the kids that come and play on the mat, sometimes it gets confusing for the instructor to know which kids are under 2yrs old (free) vs the rest of the kids and they charge you for it, but they are easy to work with when you go over any hiccups! I think this is the best place to have a party for the kids! Especially if you want to sit and relax for a moment while they play.

The kids had a great time. They offer all the full gymnastic equipment along with trampolines and a foam pit. The teachers on staff are there to assist and lead the group in activities such as a obstacle course. It's a great for large groups. To top off the ultimate birthday experience, they have a party room to celebrate and decorate at your discretion. We had the room in a My Little Pony theme. It was such a hit. The best part was no clean up for me. The staff was friendly, attentive, and fun. I had many parents tell me their child had an awesome time. We may have to have another party here again!

The first day was trial class and the class after I enroll my kids and paid in the middle of class. In these 2 class, no one told me my 3-year son is required to put on the mask, but the class after I paid they force the 3-year boy to put on a mask! They tight a big mask on his mouth and he was wondering what's going on! He left the class after a few minutes and no one care. I respect if it is a rule, but they need to follow the rule even in a trial class if they are honest with customers! They should talk about rules before enrollment if they are honest. 2. The second week they charge me for the second month! I authorized them for autopay but not for any the time they like to charge me! They refunded that but I'm wondering how they manage the processes! The front desk guy? She has her own world let's don't talk about that. 3.Unlike other classes that my kids are in, they did not inform me of the holiday. I just came in and see the doors are open!! but no one is in! Forget why the door was open but about class, later they said we had some signs on the wall about the holiday! Good job, but I was thinking they are a normal institute like other ones! I'm receiving texts, emails, or call for any change from my kid's school, swim, and dance classes. Here looks like they follow different norms, just tear the calendar to see when it's time to charge!
