They genuinely loved and cared for my daughter. Some of the teachers even took my number and texted me pictures of her throughout the day, which I appreciated as an anxious, new mother. Some of the buildings and toys are old, yes, but the teachers are all qualified and caring. They kept a detailed record of when my infant daughter, ate and slept. They made sure she had her own, designated crib and labeled all her pacifiers and bottles. My daughter needs special formula and they always made sure to not mix it up with anyone else's food. They were awesome with my infant daughter, but they were just as great with older children. When the older kids fought or got in trouble they didn't just punish them and move on. They taught them why what they did was wrong, and how they could make it better, how to apologize to the wronged parties and helped the kids to learn how to correct their behavior. I recommend Adventure Time to anyone who is looking for child care, from infants to children!

After tryouts for the upcoming competition season, we received what felt like a very scripted and automated email stating that all spots had been filled and there was no room for her. We were completely blindsided by this decision. A few weeks prior, I had met with the team director to ask about my daughter's progress. At that time, we were told she only had a couple things she needed to work on and that she had the ability to make it to the next level. Because of that conversation, the outcome came as a complete surprise. What has been most disappointing is the lack of honesty, communication, and personal consideration throughout this process. I truly hope my daughter becomes stronger from this very hurtful experience.

On his second day, I received a message from his teacher stating that he was disrupting nap time, being noisy, and causing other issues. I understood that adjusting to a new environment can be difficult for young children, so I took their concerns seriously and worked with my son to reinforce quiet time. However, I continued receiving messages from his teacher daily, and it reached the point where I was anxiously anticipating another complaint. One day, I noticed his nap blanket was covered in leaves, as if he had been outside. When I asked him, he told me that he did his "quiet time" outside. When we inquired about this, the school denied it. Later, I was called into a meeting with the behavioral technician, Jessica Triptow. At the time, I had no idea about her legal troubles (you can google it) but in hindsight, knowing she was involved in my child's education is deeply unsettling. During the meeting, we were advised to enroll our son full-time to help him adjust to the routine. He was later moved to another class with a more patient teacher. During another meeting, I had the opportunity to review the classroom cameras and witnessed a disturbing incident where a teacher forcefully picked up a child who refused to go inside after playtime and dropped him roughly. Thankfully, the child was not an infant, but it was still highly concerning. Eventually, the school suggested that my son be evaluated for possible autism this recommendation was made by Jessica Triptow (which by the way, made it to the news for very disturbing reasons, you can google it) Shortly after, we were informed that he could not return unless we provided a classroom "shadow" at our own expense, so basically paying another person to do their job . This entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. In retrospect, I am relieved that we decided to remove our child from this location. I have since spoken to other parents who shared similar concerns about this center. While I hope other locations uphold higher standards, I cannot in good conscience recommend this one. I initially had high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was nothing like what we had hoped for. Another shady thing is that they hide their google reviews, I guess I should've seen those red flags.

I asked if there was anything else I could do because I had to work from home and I depended on those 3 hours to get work done. NO. There was ABSOLUTELY clear favoritism shown to some students versus others when I would drop off and pick up, which was very frustrating to see. A side note: Children often act out when they feel uncomfortable or unsafe in a situation. Obviously I wasn't there during the class, but I think that is something to think about when choosing a preschool for your own child.
