    I was really excited to give breeze a try due to the convenience I thought it would offer. Unfortunately, I have not found breeze to be anything but difficult. The flights are cheap-ish, but then you pay for a seat, a carryon, air to breathe on the plane, etc. Anyway, it really ends up being the same price as other airlines and just lacks the great customer experience. I'll add that even Allegiant has significantly better customer service. If you have to change a flight they will refund you 25% of your total. Breeze also does not have any kind of phone number to calm for help with a reservation. They only do texting. Wouldn't recommend flying with breeze. UPDATE: Today was the day of our flight and we were 1 minute late to check our bags before security and they simply wouldn't take them. We then went through security with them and they almost didn't let us on the plane. Everyone was so rude and I get that we should have been earlier but sometimes things happen that you just can't plan for. Not impressed with this airline at all.

    Deceptive and AWFUL company!!! NEVER FLY ON BREEZE!!! On their website it clearly states that they will never charge change fees or cancellation fees, yet when I made a change to my itinerary, all of the sudden they said there are NO options to change or cancel without losing my FULL FLIGHT AMOUNT. I LOST $400+ dollars because of the deceptive and untruthful website. There is also NO phone number to call. This company has no morals or ethics and I hope nobody supports them.

    BROKEN BAG

    Hell no! Flew out with breeze and come back to my luggage all BROKEN!! I am so disappointed because this has never happened to me and my luggage was NEW! Made sure to tell the lady I had FRAGILE items in there expecting my luggage to be well taken care of, but no I come back to my luggage broken and my items inside broken as well‍ this shows that they don't care about your belongings and just throw them around.. save yourself the hassle of broken luggage's and items with this company and fly another airline that will take care of your things

    amazing leg room in just the nicer section. Great customer service. Friendly, professional flight crew. I like seeing the pilot's face.

    I fly breeze out to Florida.Pretty consistently out of Utah have never had a problem.Customer service is always correct

    Awesome flight! Great from start to finish!! First time definitely not my last. Customer service was 10 out of 10.

    PVU is a smaller airport, so + it's a short and easy walk to…read morethe parking lot. - Parking lot is large but very crowded. - No shaded parking. + Nice, helpful, friendly staff. - But no one was manning Breeze's station when I came to check-in. - And Breeze doesn't have its own kiosk. PVU only had one for AA. Wish they'd put a sign saying when they'd be back or something. . On airside, I noticed an "animal relief" sign at the end and got excited, hoping to discover the airport employs dogs for emotional wellbeing. Turns out it's just a lil room for you to bring your own pet to spend time. Some airports actually employ wellness pets, y'know?

    I am giving Provo airport the 3 stars only because of Ashley in lost and found. Besides that, right…read morenow i think it's a 1, because of the TSA. I went through security and made a mistake because I had my tablet in my bag instead of in a separate bin. WITHOUT me knowing it, they removed it and did not inform me that they did that!! I got on the plane, looked for it, and NO TABLET! My husband called Provo airport immediately and lost and found said there was nothing they could do that day; AND 4 DAYS AFTER because they were gone for Memorial Day weekend. Then on Tuesday, I called again, and still no sign of my tablet. Inga in lost and found didn't do anything for me, even though I was in tears talking to her. I called then the following day...now this is 7 DAYS after my flight; and spoke then with Ashley in lost and found. She went above and beyond to go and find out where it was. She called me immediately and told me she found it. I was SO HAPPY!! Thank you Ashley!! This is ridiculous. Get your act together TSA at PVU. If you remove something, let the flyer be aware!!
