What an intelligent, articulate, polite young man that carefully listens to his customers! Told him about the kitchen being hot when I cooked (I love to cook and do it daily), Jason just said Hmmm. When they came to install it, the went up into the attic with some ducting pieces. I was skeptical, as we didn't really talk about it...I'll be, the sucker is pushing more air through there. Not perfect, but it REALLY helped a good bit. Cleaning up after a job (after 2 decades of working for GE myself) is a pet peeve of mine. These guys cleaned up their own mess as well as other stuff they weren't responsible for...NO KIDDING. I cant speak for the long term, but can tell you that these are my guys for the foreseeable future. NOTE: I got a lot of quotes. 8 of them were a $1000-$1500 higher than what I ended up paying (3 were weirdly less...Fly-by-night looking guys providing hand written notes as quotes...avoid them. Likely stolen units off construction sites) ONE LAST THING: Don't listen to that fool who hasn't actually done any business with ACS but gave them a one star for a traffic incident. What a pile. Kiewanna S. is not only from out of town but out of state. Go leave your opinions where you live...Totally unfair to ding a companies reputation 'cause you're having a bad hair day driving through town.

I called and had a service call set up. The technician who came out diagnosed the problem from the…read moreoutside, never stepped inside the house to inspect the rest of the unit in the attic. He said it was the reverse valve which was still under warranty. The part was on back order which took awhile to get and for him to come back to change out. He also told me it was gonna need X lbs amount of refrigerant which it took more. He gave me a price which it was a few hundred dollars more. So him doing what he did, still did not fix the problem. I called back to let them know that the problem wasn't fixed, and they said he would come back to check it out. As weeks went on he told me that he didn't even think that was the right reverse valve. He came back to my house and told me that he would like to change out the compressor and to change the indoor coil which these parts should be still under warranty since the unit is less than 5 years old. I told him to check it out to see if the parts were still under warranty and get back with me. As I waited on a phone call that I never received, I called the office back and talked to the receptionist and said the technician was on vacation and he will be back in touch with me when he returns. I waited on that call for two more weeks still no call so I called the office back and she said he was playing catch up and had a very long list that it would be soon. weeks went by still no call. The initial service call July 5 till now November 2 my unit is still not working and haven't heard back from the technician. I am totally dissatisfied in this company in every way. I would not recommend them at all. I feel like I am getting the runaround. I even commented on their facebook page and the comment was immediately deleted and I was blocked from their page.
