Even now that we are up and running, the whole team continues to be utterly responsive and helpful. The important part is the everything I was told by SunPath Solar to expect has been accurate, including the post install bills which have now come in from Georgia Power .They actually are down to what I was told they would be. I trusted this company and they have not disappointed. This is a large system for a residential rooftop array. It looks terrific on the roof- my architect better half and I both think it improves the look of the roof. The sophistication of the solar-plus- battery system is even better. After 20 plus years with no generator back up, the first power outage was a cause for celebration. We had to look on the phone app to see that the batteries had taken over. Just, wow! Fraudulent practices! Two times! I purchased an A/C unit from them approx 4-5 years ago. Within…read morefirst year they told me they were no longer providing service for our area. One year ago they practically begged me to allow them to provide service again. They assured me they would not drop service this time. So I purchased a service warranty that prepaid for certain service checkups etc. They scheduled our first prepaid service for Monday of this week. Then they sent me a text Monday morning to cancel. When I called back today to reschedule my prepaid service, they told me once again they no longer provide service in my area. How infuriating and unprofessional! They took my money in advance and now deny service for those advanced payments and offer no solution. They refuse to refund my money. Might have to take this further. This is unacceptable. UPDATE 2/28 - I was promised to have my money returned, the check will "go out today" but here we are 3 weeks later, and no check and no promised return phone call when I called to check on it. UPDATE 4/20 - they have not returned my many calls, always lying and saying "Josh will call you right back" This guy portrays himself as a Christian. Ha.
